Pros

Whether it's screen sharing, team discussions, forums or webinars, the software covers just about everything needed for online meetings. It really feels like one of the leading video conferencing tools out there. The video quality stays smooth, the audio comes through clearly and the platform offers a full set of features. There's also a free version available which makes it simple to test it out first before deciding on one of their paid plans.

Cons

Problem is that this software can be pretty confusing for older users so they often need some help getting started or finding their way around. The desktop app can also feel a bit heavy on lower-end computers even though it still runs fine in most situations. It helps to close other apps running in the background whenever possible to get better performance.

Pros

Being able to meet with several people in a single the platform session and share my screen has been really helpful. It makes client meetings with family members or potential witnesses feel much more painless.

Cons

One thing I've had trouble with is making the account accessible for my staff so they can handle setup for me. Because of that, they end up having to log into my account to send the information to everyone involved. I did a quick YouTube search but didn't come across anything useful. I also haven't tried contacting this platform yet because I'm worried about long wait times though I haven't actually dealt with their support before.

Pros

Has become our go-to platform for team collaboration since we're constantly holding meetings on it. It's really useful for recording meetings, chatting live, saving transcripts and creating screen-share videos that can be shared afterward. The audio and video quality are also really strong. We can join meetings from a phone, a laptop or even a conference room setup which makes it very flexible. It also offers nice background options like blur, virtual backgrounds and other custom backgrounds if you want more privacy or a better look. Another feature I really appreciate is speaker spotlighting because it makes conversations feel much more personal, almost like the person is speaking directly to you.

Cons

At times, the meeting toolbar sits right over the screen which can make it a bit inconvenient to use what's being shared. It would be much better if there were a more convenient way to hide or show it whenever needed.

Pros

The tool's breakout rooms, resolution settings and video filters are excellent. The video can reach 1080p and I appreciate being able to choose widescreen or standard depending on what I need. The blurred background feature is especially impressive because it avoids the usual virtual background problem where part of your face gets blended into the background and makes it look like you're talking with half your face missing.

Cons

Something this tool really needs to improve is noise handling. Even with professional lighting and my camera set to a low ISO, the image still ends up looking noisy. At certain times of the day, despite paying for a professional account, it drops to 720p which is frustrating given how much I've invested in a professional camera, HD capture card and professional audio setup. Audio can also become distorted during peak usage periods.

Pros

Among the free video conferencing options available, this is definitely one of the best. The free plan comes with really useful features like screen sharing, recording, hand raising and a whiteboard. The interface feels very user friendly and it's also a big plus that there's a mobile app for people who want to join meetings from their phones. Even though meetings with more than two participants are limited to 40 minutes, that still feels manageable since people can simply rejoin using the same link if needed.

Cons

I can't think of any real downside especially when I compare it with other options. MS Teams isn't free and as far as I know, Google Meet still doesn't let users join from a mobile phone.

Easy to use and it never feels complicated. It also connects well with Google Calendar which makes scheduling and joining meetings much more convenient.

At times, it can lag a bit or unexpectedly remove people from the meeting.

My biggest frustration is the free meeting limit. I really wish this app would increase it to a full hour instead of just 45 minutes because that's the most annoying part of using the app.

The software has been a practical, affordable and accessible tool for both my personal and professional life. I've relied on it to stay in touch with family and friends in different parts of the world and it has also been really helpful for collaborating with classmates on assignments and projects. Being able to meet virtually, share ideas and work together efficiently has made it much easier for our group to stay on track and meet deadlines consistently. It also became especially valuable during the coronavirus pandemic, when in-person staff meetings stopped at my previous workplace. Through this software, I was still able to join virtual meetings and stay updated on what was happening within the company.

Cons

The platform has been a very useful application especially throughout the pandemic but it is not without a few problems. At times, there are audio issues that make participants sound unclear while speaking. There are also moments during video conferences when the video freezes unexpectedly. Those are definitely areas where the platform could use some improvement.

It also handles screen sharing and remote control really well so letting someone share their screen or take over a device is very easy. Call and video quality have also been impressive, as long as the device and internet connection are decent. Another strong point is the admin dashboard which gives you a solid way to connect and manage people across your industry. On top of that, user management feels almost like child's play since it's so simple to use and doesn't require any technical background.

The free plan does feel limited when it comes to features and overall usability.

It integrates at a high level and performs well with many third-party applications. Another big plus is that it runs equally well on computers and smartphones across different operating systems.

During the pandemic, this platform proved to be one of the most suitable tools for communication, remote meetings and interviews and it played a huge part in keeping millions of employees and business owners connected around the world. The app is very user friendly whether I join from my phone or on a computer and participating in or inviting others to meetings is simple and easy. I also really appreciate the recording feature because it helps make sure I do not miss any part of a meeting or workshop and can go back to anything important later. The chat function is another feature I enjoy whether it is used with all participants or privately with one person. Those chat discussions often add more value to the conversation and also create a useful record of the key points that were discussed. The tool is truly a leader in remote communication and it gives the feeling of being in an actual meeting room.

there is nothing significant to complain about. The app is simple for everyone to use, the notifications are reliable and arrive on time and the archive feature is very useful since it lets users go back and review previous meetings whenever needed.

Compared with many other tools I've used in this space, this tool Meeting has been one of the strongest. The audio, video and image transmission are very accurate and high quality and it continues to perform well even in poor conditions like slow internet speeds which is a problem many platforms struggle with. It also handles high-quality interviews with a large number of participants something a lot of other programs cannot do effectively. Another useful feature is the ability to manage more than one interview at the same time through screen splitting.

Cons

One downside is that the pricing is a bit high and that can be a significant issue for some users although the company appears to be working on a long-term solution to address it.
