“extremely useful”

Pros

Whether it's for teaching, studying, business or handling different kinds of transactions, this software has been extremely useful. The video and audio quality are clear and it lets you share slides, files, your full screen and presentations without any trouble. I'd definitely recommend it to fellow teachers especially since it has made such a big difference in my daily work. After spending years searching for really reliable software, it feels amazing to finally have something this capable.

Cons

I haven't noticed anything negative in this application. It has been excellent overall and has become something essential for work, almost like oxygen for getting things done. Thank you!

“love it!”

Pros

Calls on the system stay consistently clear on both audio and video and meetings run without issues. Screen sharing during a meeting is also really useful. Setting up an account takes less than 10 minutes and even password resets can be done in under 5 minutes which feels better than most other tools on the market. On top of that, the meetings feel secure.

Cons

This app does not allow two people to share their screens at the same time. Also, the recording files are larger compared with Webex meeting recordings.

“Complete package”

Pros

A very complete app with advanced features that really deliver. It offers excellent screen sharing, meeting recording, file sharing, plus very good sound and video quality among many other useful tools. It's also simple to use and integrates well with other platforms.

Cons

I've noticed that at the start of a meeting, the app can take a bit of time to connect everyone. I also think the "raise your hand" button should be more visible so it's easier to spot.

“breakout rooms keep teams connected”

Pros

One thing the software does really well is make our meetings feel much more organized and manageable. The breakout rooms are especially useful for department discussions during larger calls. I also really enjoy the different attendee view options since they make the meeting feel more connected and a bit more personal. Another feature I appreciate is the auto-pause during screen sharing because it lets me switch between tabs without any trouble.

Cons

Starting instant meetings feels a little more inconvenient compared with options like Google Meet, where you can create a link in just a few seconds. It also seems built more around the desktop app experience which ends up taking extra space on my computer and the video quality is frequently not that good.

“uncluttered interface”

Pros

Right from the start, the app feels very easy to use and I really appreciate the clean, uncluttered interface. It handles large meetings well and gives the host solid control over how the session runs. I also like being able to send private chats, switch my background and share content from different sources.

Cons

It drains the battery pretty quickly especially on mobile devices although newer models seem to handle it better. Another frustration is that my messages disappear if the connection drops and I have to join again. It also needs a strong bandwidth connection so it can be hard to use on weak mobile data unless I turn the video off.

Pros

Using it feels a lot like being in a real office especially with the meeting rooms feature. It's simple to operate, very practical and works efficiently for everyday use.

Cons

The only part I'd improve is the chat feature. It would be much better if conversations could be saved.

Setting up recurring meetings can be a little more complicated than expected. There's also a landing page included but the features it offers are fairly basic.

The HD audio and video quality is the part I appreciate most about this software. Everything comes through very clearly and when it comes to one-to-one virtual conversations, it really stands out as one of the best options.

Cons

I don't like that this software doesn't let you share documents directly within the platform.

Very easy to figure out and it works really well for meetings. It comes with plenty of useful features including auto translation which makes communication much more effective.

A concern with this platform is that uninvited participants can sometimes join and disrupt the entire meeting.

The app is lightweight and simple to figure out. The interface is clean and clear which makes it convenient for both elderly users and younger people to use without much trouble.

Every now and then, there's a slight lag during video conferences although it still performs fairly well overall. I've also noticed some audio issues when using it on a phone but on most devices it works just fine.

Real-time video calling is easily the most important part of this platform. It lets people connect from anywhere at any time whether it's for important work discussions or simply helping family stay in touch. Because the chat happens live, conversations feel quicker, more natural and have fewer interruptions.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the platform. I use it every day and it plays a big role in both my work life and my home life.

The video and audio quality I get are consistently very good! The multitasking features really make it stand out as a top piece of software and customer support is quick to reach whenever needed. It's also very reliable overall and honestly, this software has made my life much easier than I can even describe.

Cons

I'd still like to see an added option to set a password so no one can open it without my permission.

Pros

This tool has been an outstanding web collaboration platform with modern features and services. It's available for free and includes audio and web conferencing along with a variety of other useful tools which is really impressive. Customer support has consistently replied within 2 minutes. During the covid period, this has been the best video conferencing app to use.

Cons

I couldn't convert a recording. I understand they were dealing with challenges because of Covid but the lack of support around that was frustrating.

Pros

Setting up meetings with colleagues is quick and easy and the screen sharing feature gives presenters more flexibility than other meeting platforms I've used.

Cons

The video background blur could use more customization, with options like semi-blur or full blur.

Once the initial setup was out of the way, using this product became much easier and it ended up being genuinely fun to work with.

At first, it didn't feel very user friendly and seemed pretty complicated. After the first couple of meetings though, it became much easier to figure out. The beginning was rough but it ended up saving a lot of time and money, improved productivity and made interviews much more manageable. When Covid hit, it also provided a safe way to handle meetings and interviews while maintaining social distancing.

Getting people together online is really easy with the system. Whether it's to avoid in-person gatherings during a pandemic or simply because everyone is spread across different time zones, it gives groups a reliable way to meet and interact.

Cons

A lot depends on the device you're using, like a monitor, tablet or phone. On smaller screens especially, the experience can feel cramped because there's so much to display and large calls can get crowded fast--seeing 20 people on an iPhone screen, for example, is a bit much.

My first time using it went really well and every video meeting with my team since then has been just as positive. I actually look forward to scheduling the software calls especially compared to the software we used before.

Cons

I'd really like to see this software branch out beyond being only a meeting platform and create products tied directly to its brand. Things like microphones or headsets built for team communication, screen sharing and similar tasks without needing to rely on a computer would be a nice addition.

“perfect for remote work”

The platform has been very useful for me and feels like a professional tool. It offers lots of features in meetings that make my job much easier especially now that I'm working from home.

Cons

I honestly don't see any downsides. I've been using it for years and still really like it and it continues to be a solid system for companies that work remotely.

Starting off with it is incredibly simple, it works efficiently and the price-to-value ratio is really good. It may not be the least invasive option out there but the feature set makes it more worthwhile than Meet, Gotomeeting or Bluejeans.

Cons

I'm happy with just about everything because they really pay attention to user feedback. The only thing I'd still like to see is a way to this platform in on something while screen sharing which would make it even better.

“best option for us”

Pros

Compared with the other platforms we tested, the tool has worked out the best for our organization. It's very user friendly, includes a mobile app, makes it simple to assign host privileges to other participants and comes with useful features like polls and emojis. One feature I especially appreciate is being able to download a spreadsheet showing exactly who attended after the meeting ends.

Cons

Even being pretty picky about software, I honestly can't point to any downsides with this tool Meetings. My experience has been consistently positive and I really don't have any complaints.
