“so useful”
Pros
Working as a developer, the system has been incredibly useful for walking clients through issues and troubleshooting with screen sharing. It is just as helpful when collaborating with a team of developers because communication becomes far more productive when everyone can actually see what is being explained. During the Covid lockdowns, this software was truly invaluable in my community. It helped keep kids engaged and in good spirits since they were still able to see each other, stay connected with their teachers and complete their schoolwork. Absolutely amazing.
Cons
It does work best with a reliable, stable internet connection and a device that has enough RAM available. That is especially noticeable when hosting since it can be fairly demanding on memory.

“excellent virtual meeting capabilities”
Pros
This app works really well for remote and virtual communication. With the right engagement settings in place for participants, a meeting on the software can be just as effective as being there in person.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints or issues with this software.

“valuable connection for teaching”
Pros
During Covid, this became my main way to communicate with elementary students. I could always send an email but being able to see them, hear them and talk with them made the interaction much more meaningful.
Cons
One thing I wish was better is how sensitive the video stream can be to weak wifi. It felt like all of us ran into connection struggles at one time or another.

“clear meetings for big groups”
Pros
stay very clear even with up to 100 people joining which makes it really useful for larger group calls.
Cons
A few of the available options can be hard to read through and choose from. Also while the app is free to download, adding extra features ends up costing more money.

“staying connected face to face”
Pros
Being able to see and talk with people both nearby and far away is such a valuable part of the platform. Facial expressions really matter when it comes to understanding what someone actually means so having video makes conversations feel much more natural. It's also really nice to be able to still "get together" and connect even when everyone is in different places.
Cons
The delay between someone speaking and the other person hearing it can be frustrating. It's a deal breaker for trying to play music together which is something I'd really love to do through a tool like this if it were possible. Even in regular conversations, that lag can sometimes make things feel a little more awkward than they would in person.

“fast meetings and fast access”
Pros
Jumping in and out of this platform is really fast and it's simple to use. That makes a big difference on days packed with back-to-back meetings.
Cons
There seem to be a lot of software updates and every now and then they interrupt while I'm in a meeting which ends up forcing me to log out.

“reliable and quick to learn”
Pros
It doesn't take long to get comfortable and you can start using it right away without much difficulty. The platform also feels stable and dependable during use.
Cons
The tool really needs to improve its bandwidth and overall speed especially to better handle screen sharing and multitasking.

“meeting invites made effortless”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons this tool pulled ahead of Skype is how simple it made inviting people to meetings. The organizer doesn't need to know everyone's username ahead of time which was a constant headache with Skype. That requirement made scheduling far more inconvenient and meetings often got delayed or never happened because someone had forgotten their username. The system completely changed that process and made setting up a meeting and getting people to join much more easy.
Cons
Although my university provides a corporate account, it's pretty clear that personal users on the free plan are not happy with the limitations. The meeting time cap for free accounts is too short and feels restrictive. It really should be increased to at least an hour since most people aren't holding meetings that neatly fit into 45 minutes.

“modern meetings with extra features”
Pros
This app feels updated with a more modern interface and it handles video conferences with several people really well. Its integration with other programs isn't perfect but it still manages to offer a bit more than many competing tools or at least it makes an effort to do so.
Cons
Getting into the system isn't especially quick since it's not something where you just click and start. Anyone who isn't very comfortable with technology may have a hard time using it. Setting up a video call can be somewhat tedious because the platform isn't very accessible and on phones and tablets it tends to have quite a few bugs.

“user friendly features”
Pros
Most of the features are really simple to use which makes the whole platform feel very user friendly.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a dark mode in the desktop app. I still don't get why the Windows client doesn't include it when so many users have been asking for that feature.

“Meetings without travel”
Pros
Weekly and on-demand staff meetings are much more manageable now especially with employees spread across several locations. The software does a solid job of bringing back the feel of our pre-pandemic staff meetings which was something other tools we tried during Covid19 never fully matched. Even though we probably never would have moved from in-person meetings to virtual ones on our own, using this software helped us keep everything running and ended up improving productivity while cutting costs. That combination made it a permanent part of our business routine. Being able to gather the entire staff without paying for travel or losing time in transit has made a noticeable difference in how we operate and the subscription cost is tiny compared to the savings it creates.
Cons
A part that gets frustrating is the limit on how many administrators can host meetings without moving to a higher-priced plan. Since we use the platform for both company-wide and department-level meetings, having only one person act as the initial host means our director has to start every meeting himself. He can pass host controls to whoever is leading that session afterward but it is still inconvenient that he has to create and launch each one. We do not mind the restriction of only running one meeting at a time but it would be much better if the host could be assigned before the meeting begins.

“feels like we're together”
Pros
Whether it's with my group, family or friends, this has been a huge help. During conferences, we can talk virtually and discuss our next tasks and it genuinely feels like we're right beside each other.
Cons
At times I want to speak but I have to stay muted because the host needs to talk more. That's fine with me though.

“accessible meetings with setup troubles”
Pros
This platform is probably the app people use most for online meetings. It's very accessible and does exactly what it's meant to do really well.
Cons
Getting it to work properly on a desktop PC takes changing a few settings first. On a laptop or phone it works okay but video or audio issues can still come up sometimes.

“reliable remote teamwork platform”
Pros
The tool is part of our daily routine for meetings and it has been very simple to work with. Screen sharing, document sharing, recording and chat are all easy to use as well. It also feels fairly secure. For teams working remotely, it's an excellent option.
Cons
My only complaint is that the meeting time limit should be extended to at least 1 and a half hours.

“affordable option”
Pros
Ever since Covid19, this tool has become a regular tool across the company. We mainly adopted it to deal with the difficulties of holding in-person meetings. Teachers use it to deliver lectures while other staff rely on it for official meetings. It's an affordable and dependable platform that works well for professional use whether at a low cost or even for free.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is that the desktop app doesn't include a dark mode. The Mac version already has it so it's hard to understand why the Windows client still doesn't especially after so many requests to add it.

Pros
During the pandemic lockdown, the system really took off in popularity. I hadn't even heard of it before that but now it's become a widely used way to connect with people.

“solid tool”
Pros
The video and audio quality has been really solid which matters a lot as a homeschool parent. I regularly meet with teachers and therapists on this app and being able to clearly view a teacher's screen is especially helpful. Another big plus is that meetings are free as long as they stay under 40 minutes and I truly appreciate that.
Cons

“good platform”
Pros
When it comes to video conferencing, the software has been the most effective option I've used for business meetings and even personal calls. The features and built-in tools work really well for remote meetings and the file sharing feature is especially useful during business presentations. On top of that, the audio quality is crisp and clear and the live streaming option makes it possible to extend meetings to other platforms.
Cons
Other than the premium plan being a little expensive compared to similar apps like Google Meet/Hangouts and Microsoft Teams, the overall user experience is great and it integrates well while staying very simple to use.
