“secure browser meetings”
Pros
Having a free version available is a big plus even with the limits on meeting length and participant count. Another thing that matters a lot is the host control. If you're the meeting owner, you can remove people or restrict access even when an invite has been forwarded. That's really important for security and confidentiality. It also integrates very well and since it runs in the browser, it doesn't create issues with our firewall or security settings.
Cons
Presentation view really bothers me. The participant window sits over the shared screen and even when it's minimized to only show the presenter, it still blocks part of the content and becomes distracting. I'm also not a fan of how breakout rooms work. Every time you create a breakout during a meeting, it resets the video and audio preferences and resizes the window which means you have to keep adjusting the settings again and again.

“connect with anyone”
Pros
This software makes it possible to connect with anyone whenever needed. Its features add solid security and give you good control while the meeting is going on. Breakout rooms are especially useful for smaller group collaboration and when there are multiple presenters, it works really well for presenting as a team.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is having visibility into what's happening in all breakout rooms at all times. Right now, the only way to do that is by signing in through different browsers or constantly moving in and out of each room.

“helpful for online classes”
Pros
Students can study online without much trouble and office workers can set up their meetings on the platform from home.
Cons
The downside is that this application often runs into issues during video conferences and when joining meetings.

“quick access to video chat”
Pros
One of the best things about this platform is how accessible and convenient it makes video chatting.
Cons
Hardest part with the tool is getting used to how the platform works at first. Once you understand why the features matter and how to use them it becomes much more manageable.

“bringing coworkers back home”
Pros
Working from home felt isolating at first. I went from an office where friendly coworkers would stop by my desk to sitting alone with just a desk and computer. Once our team began using this tool regularly to stay in touch with each other and other departments, it genuinely felt like my colleagues were back in the room with me. Being able to see the people I work with every day made a huge difference compared with only hearing them on phone calls which always felt a lot less personal.
Cons
A few small things were harder to locate than they should be, like where to raise my hand or how to unmute myself. I also wish there were more creative options for virtual backgrounds. Another thing that would help is if, when there are more than two pages of people on screen, the system would rotate through everyone so all participants could be seen.

“ideal for remote work”
Pros
When the pandemic hit we had to put new ways of working in place and this app helped us adjust to that new reality.

Setting up new meetings is the part that still feels a little tricky to me but overall everything works well.

“excellent meetings and controls”
Pros
The software comes with really strong features while still being very simple to use. The audio and video quality are excellent and the screen sharing, video recording and private chat tools are all very useful. Another thing I appreciate is that the host can admit up to 100 participants and also manage what each person is allowed to do during the meeting.
Cons
Although this software is still the best meeting software I've used, I feel the pricing could be a bit lower so users can upgrade more easily for longer sessions. The 40-minute limit on free meetings is often too short for business or study calls and it gets pretty frustrating when the meeting cuts off right at that point.

“rich controls”
Pros
The platform has been very stable for me and it's simple to work with while still offering really useful advanced features. It supports high-fidelity audio, delivers good video quality, includes filters and does a strong job with noise cancellation. I can also share my screen, create breakout rooms with either automatic or manual assignment and timing and manage meetings effectively with controls like mute, rename and more.
Cons
A limitation is that once I open the breakout rooms, I can't assign co-hosts anymore and I also can't create additional rooms after they've been opened. That becomes a problem when more participants join late and time is limited because there's no way to place them into newly created rooms.

“so effective”
Pros
This platform has made remote training really effective for us. Since we work remotely, we need to stay in constant contact with trainees and support agents and it has been amazing for keeping everyone connected.
Cons
I'd still like to see more annotation tools added and better visibility when a private chat starts, such as a clearer notification.

“essential for classes and meetings”
Pros
Back when Covid was at its peak, this feature became absolutely necessary for both education and business. Getting started is very easy and even someone using it for the first time can figure it out in no time. The mute option and screen privacy feature are especially useful since they let people join meetings without needing to talk. It's also very convenient to clearly see who is speaking while still being able to view several other participants at the same time.
Cons
there's very little to complain about with this software. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the chat could be simpler to access and easier to use when sending larger files and documents.

“flexible plans”
Pros
It comes with plenty of features that let you customize your meetings the way you want. There are also different user tiers available, from a free option up to plans that cost hundreds per month. The free version has a time limit but it works well for people who do not use it often and just need a reliable platform when necessary.
Cons
With bigger meetings, I have noticed things can become a bit glitchy. I am not completely sure whether it is due to bandwidth but in larger sessions it is pretty common for some participants to freeze or be unable to hear comments. Using virtual backgrounds seems to make meetings act up more as well and my guess is that they require more bandwidth to run properly.

“popular and practical for meetings”
Pros
Working with this tool has been a positive experience overall. It's simple to figure out and usually delivers reliable results. Since it's already one of the most widely used video conferencing tools, bringing it into the workplace requires little to no training for most people. Another big advantage is that the basic version is free and it also integrates with Google Calendar which our company depends on heavily.
Cons
Costs can add up quickly once you need access to more advanced features. Cloud storage is another issue especially because some files can become quite large. Security is also something to think about since there's always the risk of zoombombing, where someone who wasn't invited manages to get into a meeting and access the information being discussed.

“boosts productivity”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how familiar most employees already are with the system compared to other platforms. When people feel comfortable using the tool, they tend to work more efficiently and this app does a solid job of supporting productivity whether the team is working from home or joining video calls with clients while out of the office.
Cons
The integration side can be frustrating. Since our company runs on Google Workspace some users sign in with Google while others set up accounts using their email and password. It would be much better if there were a more accessible way for users with email-and-password accounts to link directly through Google and the other way around as well.

“my review”
Pros
Over the past year or so, the software has become a tool that almost everyone recognizes and knows how to use. It's very user friendly, works well for both small and large group meetings and comes with useful features like screen sharing and even appearance-enhancing filters.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the browser version doesn't offer the same features as the desktop app. I'd rather use the web version for most tools but with this software it feels much more limited especially when it comes to calendar management, settings sound testing and similar functions.

“affordable calling and clear video”
Pros
The interface is user friendly, this platform Phone porting is affordable and features like screen sharing work really well. Call quality and video quality have also been consistently clear.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that it can be a bit heavy on system resources. I've also noticed a few minor performance issues at times and the free plan comes with limited features.

“excellent solution”
Pros
Reliable connectivity really matters these days and the tool has been an excellent solution for that. It's easy to use and comes with a strong set of features including fun extras like virtual backgrounds, polls and filters.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is being asked to rate the call quality after every meeting. I understand why they want that feedback but it gets irritating fast. The login process can also be tricky at times--for example, I've hosted a meeting and still couldn't turn on the breakout room feature to split people into smaller groups even though I was the host.

Pros
Being able to connect with clients whenever needed without either of us traveling has been a huge benefit. This tool saves a lot of time and money by cutting out travel and it's much easier to work meetings into my already busy schedule.

“connect over distances”
Pros
This app has been an excellent way to stay connected when people aren't nearby and it really adds the flexibility to work from home. I've been using the software for meetings for a while and my only real complaint is that the sound quality can be lacking sometimes.
Cons
At times the audio quality just isn't that good and figuring out what's causing the issue can be overwhelming and lead to a lot of frustration. The screen sharing feature also has problems since it doesn't always let the user share their screen properly with the program.

“User friendly”
Pros
This software comes with a ton of features and the platform is simple to figure out, get set up and start using right away.
Cons
A downside is that the webinar add-on costs way too much. Since webinars are not something most people use every day, it is hard to justify paying that much for it even though I would genuinely like to have access to that option. Overall, I feel the pricing for the services is too high.
