“connect from anywhere”
Pros
It's incredible how much technology has advanced. The platform lets you be anywhere, at any time, with anyone in just a few clicks and that kind of connection is hard to replace. It really feels like a must-have for everyone--family, friends, businesses, courtrooms and other government offices, healthcare services and so many more situations. The possibilities honestly feel endless. It's an amazing product.
Cons
Starting out was a little confusing the first couple of times I used it. For example, I was supposed to appear in court one day and I must have missed the step where I needed to put my name on the screen. I had no way of knowing there was a problem until the hearing was over and I still hadn't been called. When I finally spoke up, the judge was the one who pointed it out. After that, I made it a habit to give myself at least five extra minutes before any meeting so I could make sure everything was set up correctly.

“Very useful tool”
Pros
Between live chat, video, screen sharing, private messaging and the other tools included, this platform has been the most useful for me. It has worked perfectly in my day-to-day use and I've been using this software for more than a year now.
Cons
An area that could definitely be improved is the virtual background feature. It would be nice to see the company add more polished and appealing background options especially ones that give the look of a professional office setting. The feature also needs adjustment when someone moves on screen so it doesn't look like the person is blending into or disappearing into the background image.

“My choice!”
Pros
Between the virtual backgrounds that let me showcase my brand during meetings, the instant polling features and the flexibility for attendees to join however they need to (including phone-only) this has become my go-to platform for virtual meetings. It helps me keep doing my job effectively and even improve how I work while remote.
Cons
Private chat messages are saved together with the public chat when meetings are recorded and exported.

“Meetings across devices”
Pros
Whether I'm on desktop or mobile the tool gives me a really flexible teleconferencing experience. It's packed with useful features and getting comfortable with how everything works doesn't take long at all.
Cons
Its missing a built in post-editing option to trim the video and cut out the quiet pauses when nobody is speaking.

“clear calls and handy chat”
Pros
Joining meetings is easy and the audio and video quality are really good when everyone has a solid internet connection. Setup is simple, the video on/off toggle is convenient and absolutely necessary and the chat feature works very well.
Cons
So hard to find the full shareable the system information. It is not placed anywhere obvious on the screen so it takes more searching than it should. I also do not enjoy having the chat box pop up on my screen every time someone posts a new message.

“smooth mobile and carplay use”

One thing that really stands out is how well it runs on mobile devices and it pairs nicely with Apple CarPlay without any trouble.

“reliable meetings and webinars”
Pros
Getting meetings, video calls and webinars going in this app is incredibly easy even for people who aren't very comfortable with tech. You really just share a link and participants can jump right into the meeting. The app also includes plenty of settings for turning audio or video on or off by default, along with lots of preference options to customize the overall experience. At this stage, it's hard not to recommend the software.
Cons
A few minor frustrations do come up from time to time, like audio echo building up during longer calls even when everyone has headphones on. The app also lowers audio levels when multiple people talk at once. That's manageable during a live meeting but it can make recorded playback harder to understand.

“helpful for online classes”
Pros
During the pandemic, this software became one of the best apps available online and it really helped students and teachers continue studying and teaching remotely.
Cons
Host controls still feel a bit limited and features such as private chat could use more improvement and development.

“simple setup for team meetings”
Pros
Installation was easy and using it feels just as simple. It works well for group meetings and everyone gets a chance to join in and contribute.

It can be slow and start buffering and the lag makes it harder to keep up with what other team members are saying.

“widely known platform”
Pros
Pretty much everyone is familiar with the platform now especially since the pandemic made video calls a regular part of knowledge-based work. When you're running a webinar or online conference, that makes a big difference because most attendees already understand the basics. The core features are easy to use and this platform gives hosts a lot more ways to manage and control the room. It also seems designed to be mindful of data usage so it often performs better than other tools especially when the connection is unstable or internet speeds are low.
Cons
There are plenty of host controls available but a lot of them aren't especially accessible to figure out in practice. I also still remember the tool's privacy issues from the beginning of the pandemic and that history doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the platform's security even though they've said those problems have mostly been addressed.

“huge benefit for us”
Pros
Covid may have pushed us into using this tool but it ended up being a huge benefit for our business. It's helped us stay connected with clients and expand our reach through remote meetings and consultations. Even once in-person meetings became an option again, we kept using the system because it still works to our advantage. We spend far less time driving, get more done during the day and have more time left for our families and personal lives. It honestly feels like we're working less while getting better results and being more efficient.
Cons
One upgrade I'd really appreciate is having the Webinar feature included even if it only covered a limited number of attendees. Paying a pretty high monthly add-on fee for it is a bit frustrating. There are other webinar platforms out there that are more efficient and more cost-effective so it would be nice if this app offered everything in one place.

“everyone uses it”
Pros
The software is the platform I use constantly for meetings while I rarely touch the webinar side. Setting up meetings is really easy and I depend heavily on the Google Calendar integration instead of creating meetings directly in this software. That said, when it's time to join I much prefer using the the platform app over joining through Google Calendar. The core features I need for work are almost always dependable: audio, video, screen sharing and mobile access all work really well even though I usually stick to desktop. It's reliable, simple to use and since basically everyone already uses it, connecting with other people is never a trouble. When outside meetings come through Google Meet instead, the experience just doesn't feel as good to me. If this platform were hard to use, it would probably be a constant source of frustration but it really isn't and that says a lot.
Cons
The biggest frustration on my end is with the tool's settings. I've watched plenty of coworkers follow the exact same setup steps yet people inside the company still end up stuck in the waiting room or can't join until the host arrives even when the host isn't tied up in another this tool call. Screen sharing can also be a problem because it sometimes makes my computer run painfully slow and occasionally it gets bad enough that I can barely use my machine. I've noticed similar slowdowns in some meetings even when I'm not sharing, just not as often. Another thing I'd really want improved is staying signed in on multiple devices since the system logs me out more often than I'd like. I'd also love the option for a meeting I created to begin without me being there especially when I'm already busy in another meeting I also set up because that situation comes up a lot.

“top-tier video and audio quality”
Pros
Out of all the video calling tools I've used, this one stands above the rest. It comes with plenty of options that let you fine-tune things so your video and audio come through at the highest quality possible. It really feels worth the price because of the strong set of features you get.
Cons
At the moment I can't think of anything negative to point out.

“best choice for group calls”
Pros
This app really feels like the best out there and that's no accident. It's very practical and user friendly and with just one click you can connect and interact with more than 50 people which is excellent. Communication stays fluid and if even professionals prefer using the software, there's no reason I wouldn't choose it too.
Cons
At times the camera takes a little while to respond and the microphones can lag too. It's also often difficult to get in touch with support when assistance is needed.

“helpful breakout rooms”
Pros
The software makes it simple for us to meet with both internal teams and external stakeholders, share screens and split people into separate breakout rooms when needed. It covers just about every use case an organization or individual would typically want.
Cons
Using multiple audio devices like sound cards, speakers or microphones can trigger a "no audio input" issue which then has to be fixed manually. The passwords are also long and tedious to enter, dialing into a meeting by phone takes a bit of effort and the screen-sharing options can be confusing for users who are less comfortable with technology.

“maintained classroom environment”
Pros
Almost overnight, we had to switch from in-person teaching to a virtual setup that still needed to feel face to face. The platform especially the breakout rooms, helped us maintain a very strong learning environment throughout that transition. We also rely heavily on the recording feature so students can go back, review the material and keep learning from it. That has been absolutely essential for us and students really appreciate being able to revisit important parts of lectures. On top of that, the transcript feature is great and incredibly useful for everyone. It's a brilliant tool.
Cons
Since this platform is always rolling out updates, it's a bit difficult to point to major issues. One thing that would really help is having the option to save whiteboard drawings and share them with the class afterward.

“quick setup”
Pros
Takes only a few minutes to figure out unless someone is really uncomfortable with computers. It gives our team a solid way to communicate virtually and puts most of the tools we need right at our fingertips. Since I manage our meetings, I was also able to set up Live Facebook recordings on our page without much trouble and the whole platform felt easy to figure out.
Cons
The only real downside I ran into happened during one of our webinars when we had a security breach. Some people got into the session, put NSFW images on the screen and started shouting slurs. I was able to shut the meeting down right away before it escalated further but it was still pretty shocking especially with business clients attending. If the tool fully fixes issues like that, I'd honestly rate it 11/10.

“my hones opinion”
Pros
Running online meetings with large attendance feels very efficient with this tool. It gives you a better way to present important information whether through video calls or by sharing your screen with everyone in the session. Another feature I really value is being able to record conferences and play them back later. It works very well on smart devices and across different operating systems and it's simple to use. In today's business environment, it's definitely an essential tool for holding meetings safely.
Cons
Security needs attention especially making sure only the right people can join a private meeting. If an invitation link ends up with unauthorized users, it can lead to unwanted access and negative consequences.

“stands out!”
Pros
Annotating, live transcription, broad adoption, camera effects and the overall simplicity of using this app are what make it stand out for me. It has been ahead in a lot of areas that competitors like MS Teams and GoToMeeting are still trying to catch up with. The software has really changed the landscape in a big way and I still haven't seen another platform come as close.
Cons
There's still room to improve when it comes to file sharing. Quite a few times, we've needed to share files during meetings so having a stronger built-in way to support that would make the platform even better.
