“stands out!”
Pros
Annotating, live transcription, broad adoption, camera effects and the overall simplicity of using this app are what make it stand out for me. It has been ahead in a lot of areas that competitors like MS Teams and GoToMeeting are still trying to catch up with. The software has really changed the landscape in a big way and I still haven't seen another platform come as close.
Cons
There's still room to improve when it comes to file sharing. Quite a few times, we've needed to share files during meetings so having a stronger built-in way to support that would make the platform even better.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Video and audio come through really well especially during presentations from residents or other healthcare colleagues. Joining from either a computer or a smartphone is very easy which makes it convenient to stay on meetings while traveling or away from my desk. Setting up and scheduling new meetings is also simple and sending invitations doesn't take much effort. It's also helpful that this software works to integrate with Microsoft Outlook and other email platforms to make invite sharing more convenient.
Cons
Issue is that the free version puts a limit on how long calls can last. Also, the virtual background feature while not really necessary for work, doesn't perform very well on older laptops or cameras.

“very stable”
Pros
The platform's biggest strength is how stable it is. Communication stays clear and high quality which is essential when you're running meetings, conferences or even simple chat discussions.
Cons
Because the platform is so lightweight it misses some important features especially file management. When working with a team, being able to send and receive documents is something really necessary.

“affordable meetings that connect teams”
Pros
One of the best things about this platform is how affordable it is while still offering a very user friendly experience. Screen sharing and remote control work really well and the call and video quality have been consistently good. It does a solid job of keeping employees connected, cuts down on travel and makes training much easier to manage.
Cons
A concern with the tool is that hackers may be able to access meeting information stored in the cloud. The platform also needs stronger security overall.

“accessible for depositions”
Pros
Using this tool feels very accessible which makes the platform simple to figure out. I've participated in many depositions through the system and haven't run into any problems.
Cons
One area that could be better is the annotation tool for marking up documents during a this app session. It works well enough but it's not ideal and the feature can be a bit difficult for users to handle.

“an essential communication boost”
Pros
It's become a real enabler for us, honestly going well beyond what I think its original purpose was meant to be.
Cons
At times it gets pretty buggy when it starts bouncing between different applications although that's not always necessarily the software's fault.

“ideal for big companies”
Pros
Accessible for most users, it handles a large number of participants in one conference which makes it ideal for big companies like ours. The audio and video quality are clear and the platform is very user friendly.
Cons
Up to now we haven't run into any issues with the app. It has simply made communication much more convenient for us.

“helped during the pandemic”
Pros
This software is built really well for online meetings. During the pandemic especially, it turned out to be a real job saver. It's simple to use, well optimized and affordable enough for small businesses too. That combination makes it a solid fit for businesses of all sizes.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about the platform. Over the past couple of years, the software has stayed consistently optimized and largely free of bugs.

“reliable meetings and screen sharing”
Pros
Using this app, I'm able to handle all our shared tasks in one place and move through scheduled meetings without interruptions since it usually doesn't have delays or technical issues. It also lets me share my screen which makes it much easier to walk my colleagues through whatever topic we're working on.
Cons
At startup the app could be a bit quicker to save some time although I understand that a slight delay can happen when many users are connecting at once.

“top-tier meetings, broken recordings”
Pros
Ever since the pandemic started, this platform has been part of my daily routine. The interaction feels really engaging, the real-time screen sharing works well and the audio quality is excellent. Overall, it feels top tier for meetings and collaboration.
Cons
One thing that really needs to be fixed is the recordings. Whenever I record a session and try to play it back, the file ends up corrupted or I get an error saying it can't be replayed. I've even switched devices and the same problem keeps happening. Come on, the tool.

“Accessible communication”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of the system is how accessible it makes communication. We rely on it for all of our staff and faculty meetings, as well as graduation galas so it's important that the software works efficiently every time.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this software. It's very convenient to use and offers the best video and audio quality I've seen.

“affordable video meetings”
Pros
Now that so many of us are working from home, having an affordable way to stay connected with coworkers and clients has been great. Being able to see each other almost like we're sitting together in the same office makes a real difference. It's also very simple to use.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is a bigger variety of backgrounds although the ones available now are pretty decent.

“good for staying connected”
Pros
Working with both our internal team and external customers is very easy on this app! The interface feels accessible so people generally know how to use it without much guidance and we haven't run into security problems or lag. It has played a big part in helping us stay connected and collaborate effectively in a remote-work environment.
Cons
Beyond video conferencing, the software doesn't really give us much extra value. We're not getting things like sales call insights or lead generation through website integrations. If another platform offered the same core features while adding more business value, we'd seriously consider switching.

“fitting for managing virtual teams”
Pros
This software has been part of my business for years even before Covid because it made things more efficient for managing virtual teams and meeting one on one with clients. It's been an added benefit that the platform has now become such a widely used everyday app.
Cons
Some people are still a bit against this platform which can be a hurdle. I also sometimes have trouble when joining someone else's meeting because I can't always figure out how to display my profile picture even though it shows automatically in my own meetings when I switch off video.

“helpful support”
Pros
The tool delivers a really good user experience. The layout is simple to figure out, there always seem to be meeting slots available and the whole platform feels very accessible to use.
Cons
This tool is very reliable when it comes to both the software itself and customer support and the paid plans start at $15 per month alongside a free option. The downside is that the free plan cuts meetings off in less than an hour.
