“Incredible option!”

Pros

Getting everyone together on this app is incredibly convenient! My whole team can hop on quickly and talk through everything without any trouble. It also makes file sharing simple during meetings and I can even share the broadcast to social media when needed. Overall it's an excellent meeting platform that I think every business should be using.

Cons

Every once in a while one of my team members gets disconnected from the meeting.

Pros

Using this tool has been very easy and it keeps getting better with all the updates. The integration with our Blackboard LMS is also really strong and works very well for us.

Cons

There's honestly not much to criticize since even the small issues tend to get fixed through updates. The only real challenge has been convincing more faculty members to move from Webex over to the software.

“reliable large-scale meetings”

Pros

Being able to host meetings with hundreds of participants and still have everything run reliably gives this software a clear advantage over other similar tools.

Cons

Parts of the interface are not very user friendly or accessible. For instance, using the annotation feature for the first time caused confusion and challenges for several of my colleagues.

“connect from anywhere”

Pros

One thing I really love about this software is being able to communicate from anywhere. You can be traveling and still join meetings, review business ideas, check inventory and keep up with everything without being in one place.

Cons

There honestly isn't much I disliked about it. I can't really say too much negative because during Covid19, the platform helped so many people stay connected including for important things like keeping in contact and even handling court matters.

Pros

Setting up meetings is very easy and scheduling interviews with clients is one of the most useful things about this platform. That convenience makes it stand out for me. Compared with other platforms that require you to log in first before doing much, the tool feels much more practical and less demanding. Based on that, I'd definitely choose it over other options.

Cons

um theree really aren't many downsides to this app but a couple of things still stand out. Free users don't get much flexibility or many features in the meeting room which can feel limiting. Also, when creating a meeting room, it sometimes asks for unnecessary details that end up wasting time.

Pros

Using this software feels very easy which is something I really appreciate. I recently used it for a personal chat with my brother in Scotland and the experience was great. We ended up talking for more than four hours. I've also used it for several business meetings and never had any trouble joining a session or sharing my screen. The setup process isn't difficult either.

I honestly don't have any negative feedback about this software.

Pros

A very good product to use and the host controls are really useful especially being able to mute participants until it's time for them to speak.

Cons

During the trial, meetings are limited to just 40 minutes and there are times when you can get removed unexpectedly.

Setting up meetings is simple and being able to share screens, annotate and save files for later use makes the platform really practical.

It's a bit frustrating that you can't share more than one screen at the same time.

Pros

The system really helps with things like screen sharing and I appreciate that meetings can be recorded and watched again later. The automatic closed captions are also useful and being able to switch backgrounds and quickly improve video quality is a nice bonus.

I'm not a fan of the mobile app. Other participants faces appear very small which makes them hard to see and the interface doesn't feel very attractive or practical to use.

The image quality has been really impressive and I haven't had any buffering at all. The video stays very clear throughout.

Pros

Being able to connect with people anywhere in the world as long as they have this platform is a huge plus. I also really appreciate having full control over meetings especially deciding when participants can speak or listen. The option to stream directly to Facebook or Youtube Live is really useful and recording meetings or live sessions makes it even better. Overall I'm very happy with it and I honestly haven't come across another platform that matches what the software offers.

Pricing feels a little high for my budget. Also the video output quality could still use some improvement.

Pros

Nothing I've used really matches this software when it comes to functions and features. It covers everything you can think of, from private chat messages and muting participants to drawing directly on the screen. Even the small details have clearly been considered and that kind of attention really shows. Huge credit to the development team.

The only problem I've run into is during screen sharing, when videos don't play very well.

Easy to use and the setup doesn't take much effort at all. The video quality is consistently better than what I get with Google Hangouts.

Every now and then, the interface feels a little confusing and it can be hard to locate or understand certain buttons or features.

Joining meetings is really easy with just an ID and password which makes this platform very simple to use. It runs well on almost any device and the performance is consistently reliable across them. The pricing feels reasonable too and installation usually only takes a few minutes.

Over time the tool has added a lot of features and honestly I haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

“Great platform!”

Pros

Being able to join from practically any platform even without installing anything, is one of the things I appreciate most about this tool. It also offers a solid cloud recording feature for video content and overall it feels reliable and secure. The waiting room is another useful feature and I wouldn't mind seeing branding included in the Pro plan. The chat is essential as well and covers the most practical needs for exchanging short messages.

Cons

Mobile use still gives me trouble especially with audio. Quite often, users can't hear the host. Even if the problem is technically on the user's side, I still think some level of automation could help prevent that inconvenience. For example with the right permissions, the system could automatically prepare the device for uninterrupted meeting or webinar access. There's also an annoying issue where the message "Please move this window away from the shared application" appears for no clear reason. We usually work around it but it's still frustrating. The UI/UX could definitely be improved too. In chat, if someone sends me a direct message and I don't notice it immediately, there isn't a very clear private notification beyond the area where "Everyone" changes to that person's name. Another frustration is that when the host shares their screen in full-screen mode, it pushes my display into full-screen as well. Since I often need to focus on attendees, there isn't a clear enough view of everyone present along with their camera and microphone status. It would also help to have a faster option to mute a microphone or turn off a camera without having to go through the three dots and then a dropdown menu. And when a co-host uses the option to mute everyone, it doesn't mute the host which feels inconsistent.

“excellent for hybrid public meetings”

Pros

Running public meetings is much more manageable with tools like muting and unmuting participants, controlling screen sharing and placing people into breakout rooms for smaller group discussions. When the Covid19 pandemic disrupted our programming and pushed most of our public meetings online, this software became essential to keeping everything running effectively. Even now, as gathering restrictions have eased and we've shifted to hybrid meeting formats, this app continues to be an option for all of our events. Another big advantage is that attendance has actually gone up for many events since participants from different locations can join public meetings so conveniently.

Cons

It would be really helpful if chats from meetings could be archived. Important information sometimes disappears once the meeting ends which is frustrating. Our team and participants use the chat feature a lot for sharing links, comments and other useful details.

Video meetings work really well and the screen sharing and screen recording features are especially useful.

Cons

On mobile, finding the private chat can be a little confusing for new users compared to the desktop version. It also takes some time to get comfortable with the app at first and the interface could definitely be improved.

Back in university, I relied on the software quite a bit for professional meetings, online discussions and seminar video calls. The interface is pleasant and easy to use. It also comes with a lot of useful features including screen sharing, meeting scheduling and different video conference display options. The paid version is very dependable in terms of call quality and can support hundreds of participants at once. On the free plan, there is no time limit for one-on-one meetings which makes it especially practical for individual use.

I do not have any major complaints specifically about this software itself. Most of my frustrations are with the general online video conferencing environment. For instance like many similar platforms, this one has a web version but it tends to be less reliable unless you install the desktop app. Occasionally technical issues come up, such as the page freezing and needing a restart to fix it. There can also be some delay and when too many people try to speak at the same time, the conversation can quickly become chaotic.

Using this tool feels incredibly easy. I was able to jump in without reading any instructions the first few times I used it and nothing about it was hard to figure out. On top of that, it's very reliable.

The part I like least is the free plan. It only gives you 40 minutes per meeting and most meetings usually go longer than that.

In just a few steps it becomes a practical communication channel and a useful collaboration tool for working with colleagues and clients.
