“easy to use”
Pros
Getting started with this product is easy, it feels secure and it works really well with Outlook Calendar. The whole experience is smooth.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about this software. It's definitely worth the money.

“packed with useful meeting tools”
Pros
After more than two years of using this app, I really don't have anything bad to say about it. One feature I especially enjoy is being able to share my computer screen with other participants during meetings right in the app. It also comes with plenty of useful tools including virtual backgrounds, recording options and even a virtual whiteboard that helps keep everyone aligned.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't work well for singing because of the latency. Another issue is that when two people are talking at the same time, the audio tends to fall apart. It's fine when only one person is singing but it's not a good fit for group singing or situations where multiple people speak at once.

“webinar tools are great”
Pros
Across our company, the software has been a real lifesaver! As the platform has become more widely used, the team behind it has done a very good job rolling out stronger security and useful feature upgrades. One part I especially appreciate is the webinar bundle since it lets us live-stream events. The standout feature in that package is being able to assign each panelist a unique login URL ahead of time. That makes the whole process much simpler because we do not have to stress about managing user roles during the webinar.
Cons
There are two things about this software that I am not a fan of. First the Youtube streaming integration has been problematic. Whenever we try to broadcast a live webinar to Youtube, the platform authenticates our account incorrectly so we end up jumping through several extra steps just to sign in and start streaming. The second minor frustration is that this platform automatically masks translators email addresses with asterisks during the webinar. Because of that, if I need to see who the webinar translator is, I have to dig through the settings to find the email tied to translation. I still have not found a way to make the tool show the translator's first and last name instead of the hidden email address.

“powerful screen sharing and controls”
Pros
Screen sharing is one of the strongest features here and the whiteboard is really useful for brainstorming sessions. There are plenty of host controls which makes it easier to manage participants closely. I also appreciate having multiple ways to connect audio since that adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
The time limit on the free plan is pretty inconvenient especially since similar tools don't seem to have that restriction. On top of that the mobile app has been a bit glitchy for me.

“budget-friendly”
Pros
This tool is a very easy, user friendly tool for team video communication and collaboration. It has helped us reduce travel expenses since most of our team works from different locations and it was especially useful during the pandemic when travel restrictions were in place. The pricing is also affordable so it fits well within our budget.
Cons
Every now and then during video calls, the video becomes jittery and there's a noticeable echo which can be distracting. We still need to determine whether this is an issue with the system itself or if it's being caused by fluctuations in bandwidth.

“convenient meetings”
Pros
We use this app every day for meetings and screen sharing and over the past two years it has introduced a lot of new features that have made meetings much more comfortable and convenient. Compared with other platforms, the software feels more practical and simpler to use.
Cons
Problem is that this software has started pushing users to join meetings through its app. It would be better if they still allowed people to join the old way through a browser since that's more convenient for users who only join occasionally.

“everything works fine”
Pros
The platform has a very user friendly layout and features like voice calls, video conferencing and screen sharing all work really well together. It's definitely one of the better communication tools when it comes to running meetings efficiently and saving time. That said, it's not ideal if you need completely unrestricted meeting time for free. It also doesn't offer instant meeting link creation the way Google Meet does.
Cons
It would be much better if this platform offered unlimited meeting time without extra cost, similar to Google Meet. Another thing that could be improved is the ability to open or create meeting links instantly like Google Meet. It would also be very convenient if it could be used fully without requiring a download, the way Microsoft Teams allows.

“clean interface”
Pros
The user experience and interface feel really good and the breakout rooms are a standout feature.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about since it's one of the best tools out there but if I had to point out one thing, screen sharing could be improved a bit.

“reliable meetings with no troubles”
Pros
I like that there's no frustrating sign-up process once you already have an account. The platform is user friendly, doesn't buffer and stands out as one of the best virtual meeting apps. A lot of companies use it because it's widely known and comes without hidden charges.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see is an option for topic-based spaces where people with similar interests could sign up, join and share ideas. Aside from that, this tool is still one of the most reliable apps I trust and it's safe enough that I would gladly recommend it anytime.

“My recommendation!”
Pros
Right away the system feels more easy than a lot of similar apps and that is really what sets it apart. The main menu keeps the 4 core actions together in one place: join a meeting, start a new one, schedule meetings for later and share your screen which is especially useful for business conferences, education and project work. It also stays very light on system resources. The interaction between the host and participants is another strong point since there are many ways to engage including emojis, on-screen annotation tools, chat, polls, raising your hand and more. The free version is honestly very solid and the paid plan is quite affordable compared with other applications. Overall for creating online meetings, I would definitely recommend this app because it is simple to use and offers very good interaction among everyone in the room.
Cons
Multiple users cannot share their screen at the same time. Facebook Messenger does allow that during video calls so this feels like a limitation. I would also mention the background noise issue. Even though the app includes settings to reduce it, I still think that part could be improved a bit more.

“user friendly meetings and setup”
Pros
The software feels very user friendly from both the user side and the admin side. Hosting meetings is easy and things like screen sharing, joining from a mobile device and setting up calls are all simple to handle.
Cons
I haven't run into any real downsides with this software. The only thing is that you do need a solid internet connection for it to work well.

“simple for new users”
Pros
So simple to work with and new users tend to understand it quickly. I often work with families who have never used the software before and they're usually able to find and use the basic features without much trouble.
Cons
Certain tools that are really useful for teaching like setting up breakout rooms, can be tricky to manage during a live meeting. It would be a lot more helpful if breakout rooms could be prepared ahead of time instead of having to create them on the spot.

“Stands out!”
Pros
Right from the start, the features that have made the biggest difference in my work are screen sharing, screen recording and the group of applications that were added recently. On top of that, the platform is fairly simple to use. I adapted to it very quickly and most of my coworkers did as well. I genuinely feel that bringing this tool into our workplace has helped us build a more direct connection with our customers.
Cons
Something that bothers me is the time limit on the free version when there are more than two participants. Forty minutes feels too short and it really should be extended to at least 50 minutes.

“Useful sharing”
Pros
Keeping in touch with personal friends and business partners has been much more convenient. It's a very solid tool that feels stable, simple to use and practical for everyday communication. There are plenty of settings to customize the experience the way you want and the screen sharing feature is also a really valuable addition.
Cons
Part I'm not very happy with is file transfer. At times it times out, gets stuck in a loop and has to be done again from the beginning. That can be pretty frustrating especially when you need to send something quickly.

“Dependable option”
Pros
Since our organization moved to remote work, virtual meetings have become a normal part of how we operate. We needed a dependable video conferencing platform for team collaboration and regular check-ins and the platform really covers everything we need. Whether it's giving a presentation, running a meeting making a quick call or hosting a large webinar, it does a solid job of bringing different groups together to work effectively. Setting up a virtual meeting is very simple, the interface feels accessible and it works well for people at any level of comfort with video conferencing tools.
Cons
The only drawback that comes to mind is for people using older cell phones to dial in. Most employees use the browser app but if someone has an older phone and needs to call into a meeting, they sometimes aren't able to access this platform.

“doesn't need any effort”
Pros
Using it day to day didn't take much effort! At the financial services company where I most recently worked, our team was spread out across the country both before and after the pandemic and this tool gave us a much more effective way to handle employee onboarding and training than relying on phone calls alone.
Cons
There were times when the platform would briefly go down although it was still far more dependable than other similar tools like Google Hangouts or GoToMeeting.

“helps with wfh”
Pros
Thanks to the system, my entire team has been able to work from home and still come together whenever meetings are needed. It has also been incredibly useful for client presentations and our office now runs monthly webinars through it.
Cons
Honestly I haven't had any real issues with it. A few of my less tech savvy team members had trouble getting comfortable with it at first but that seemed more related to resistance to change than the software itself.
