The only drawback we’ve seen, however, is that it does not offer advanced data cleaning capabilities, duplicate detection, or hierarchy management for complex customer relationships.

On the other hand, Veeva CRM manages customer information through its dedicated Veeva Network, a master data management system built specifically for life sciences. Since it is created as a centralized data hub for pharmaceutical companies, Veeva Network helps to drive a single, unified view of the customer across sales, marketing, and medical teams. Conversely, Veeva CRM takes a compliance-first approach with its Vault CRM Campaign Manager. Throughout our review, we noted that the platform links marketing, sales, and approved content together in one system, while using AI-powered agents (Pre-call Agent and Content Agent) for suggested next-best actions based on customer engagement.
