“Helps me reflect and grow”
Pros
From the first use it left a strong impression on me. I tried the call analysis in its standard mode without configuring anything and it was already pulling out insights I hadn't anticipated. I am looking forward to fine tuning my projects, adding custom keywords and seeing how much more it can do. Since emotion-recognition AI still sits in a legal grey zone in the EU, I only use it for personal development mostly reviewing videos where I am the only person on screen or occasionally sessions with a training partner. For that kind of personal reflection and communication practice, this tool performs really well.
Cons
Nothing to mention when it comes to cons.
