“support was rude”

Pointagram does offer a product that fits online education programs like ours.
Cons
Even after being both a partner and client for two years, we ran into a very serious issue. Such as there was no real way to remove our banking information unless we canceled the card through the bank. Although we deleted our credit card from their system, they still charged us for an entirely new year which created a major problem for us. It honestly looks intentional and the only option left was to escalate it into a legal matter because no company should charge a card that has already been removed from its system. After two years of working together, this ended up feeling like some kind of scam like no ability to downgrade or properly delete the card and no refund policy on their side. I should also mention that I personally exchanged emails with their team, who had previously worked with us on adding features and was responsive when we were paying for services but has not answered our chargeback request at all. It is really disappointing to see such a lack of responsibility from the company. On top of that customer support was very rude to us so my only recommendation is to stay away from it if you do not want to risk being scammed and losing your money.
