“setup process was hassle free”
Pros
Prodoscore is a reliable tool and everything went really well because their team was very supportive throughout the setup and staff training process. The platform was easy to implement and simple for our internal team to use.
Cons
This wasn't really a downside itself but the bigger challenge on our end was explaining the implementation to the internal team especially around why we were introducing a tool that monitors activity.

Pros
One thing that's been really useful is how it lets our management team spot productivity trends across employees and compare performance between team members and from week to week.
Cons
A downside is that the primary software system we use doesn't integrate with it. Also I wish the Microsoft Teams view had a way to show the full conversation from every participant.
