“The team's productivity has declined”
Pros
They got off to a solid start and kept up with the project schedule pretty well. Overall I had a decent experience.
Cons
Lately, the team seems to have lost focus, and they are starting to miss deadlines and turn in work that I find not up to par for some reason.

Pros
They were working on our Android and iOS app which has been a great success. The team removed all existing bugs and made sure it was launched on time. The reviews have been encouraging.
Cons
We are using it for a while now and have to say, it's been a great fit for our needs. No complaints!

Shopdev has demonstrated flexibility at every turn. They have adopted Agile processes which help them address any challenges or problems. We are also very happy with their communication style.
