They got off to a solid start and kept up with the project schedule pretty well. Overall I had a decent experience.

Lately, the team seems to have lost focus, and they are starting to miss deadlines and turn in work that I find not up to par for some reason.

They were working on our Android and iOS app which has been a great success. The team removed all existing bugs and made sure it was launched on time. The reviews have been encouraging.
