“client portal transformed our workflow”
Pros
The Client Portal was the standout feature becoming the main control center for our business. Heavy reliance on the Order Management and Order Tracking tools exists and the two-way sync with our online store keeps inventory counts and tracking updates accurate in real time. On top of that catalog management for all our SKUs is very easy and the LOT code and expiry traceability features are critical for how we operate. Being able to configure different units of measure like EA and CS has also made a big difference when handling receiving and picking across both DTC and B2B orders. From my experience the integration with Ordergrid was smooth as well since they connected it directly to our Shopify front end within just a few minutes.
Cons
No issues with it have come up. we use it daily and so far no complaints exist.
