Conversion gains!!

Pros

Compared with our previous Pulse site the difference in our day-to-day workflow has been huge and our conversion rate has been excellent. The admin panel is mostly simple to navigate.

Cons

I'd still welcome more detailed reporting although if you're comfortable creating Excel macros, the export feature works as a decent workaround.

Multi-channel uptime powerhouse

Pros

Running a multi-channel business is much more manageable. We sell through Shopify, BigCommerce, eBay and Amazon and Pulse has been flexible enough to support just about any platform we want to use. Their uptime has been outstanding.

Cons

Actually the integrations aren't really plug-and-play so they usually need development work from their professional services team. That means whenever we want to test a new idea or roll out something different, it takes extra investment and a bit of time to make it happen. Still, it hasn't been too much of a problem.
