“Not worth the price”
Pros
It used to be a great option with strong features but its price has increased so much that I no longer feel it's worth it compared to cheaper competitors offering similar tools.
Cons
I feel like this company is awful, way overpriced and their customer service is just bad.

“User friendly software”
Pros
The VAT return integration for UK MTD has been a game-changer for me and the payroll function works easily with bookkeeping and payments. The bank feeds are excellent, letting me link multiple accounts with integrations to many banks.
Cons
I've had some bugs pop up in the Directors payroll section but the tech support team is always friendly, quick and really helpful when I reach out.

“Great Tool”
Pros
It was a great option when it was free and worked well but now I find it has become expensive for the value it offers, making me reconsider if it's the best choice for my needs.
Cons
It feels overpriced for the amount of features I actually need to run my business. I just don't think the cost matches what I'm getting.
