How are they in business?

Pros

Never got to use it. 100% issues straight out of the gate.

Cons

Uber security with 2 sign ins each time you start the program complete with sending a code to your email each time. Ancient software likely created in the 80's that is clearly patched together in an attempt at functionality. Print capabilities are trash. Minimal support that takes days on end ultimately not help in the slightest. Maybe its good for coders who don't mind paying monthly to work on someone junk software. In short Frazer Dealer Management Software is an enormous pile of fecal matter. I'm 7 days into trying to cancel service. I may have to just cancel my debit card. At this point it may be the quicker solution. Very disappointed

Way too expensive!

Pros

I don't like this company at all. They have been increasing prices every year since 2019, with raises of about $70 to $80 and $10 hikes every year.

Cons

The customer service is very poor. Like you have to wait at least 45 minutes on the line to get through and sometimes they just hang up on you for no reason.

Customer support is non-existent

Pros

It is a solid DMS. I would say this accounting software is quite similar to QuickBooks.

Cons

Tech support is no longer available. They used to have great support but now we are not getting any help and our website has not been properly integrated since last week.
