Budget-friendly fit

Pros

Flexibility is the standout feature. Customizing the software around our specific needs instead of forcing our workflow to fit the system has made a real difference. On top of that, cost effectiveness means getting something adaptable without overspending.

Cons

A drawback is that because it's so customizable, creating personal documentation for the changes and setups made has been necessary. That flexibility is valuable but it also means the manual isn't always there for the custom parts so extra time has been spent writing things out.

well suited for utility billing

Pros

For utility billing, the design is very thoughtful and a great fit for our needs. Water billing specifically is where we use it and that purpose has been handled effectively. Even without prior Microsoft Navision skills, installation and customization for our business was still possible which says a lot about how flexible the platform can be. Some other features, like warehouse inventory management, haven't been explored yet but honestly a strong software platform exists that can continue adapting for better billing control and overall business assurance. Nearly a year of use now and it remains valuable for our operations.

Cons

A little technical at times, so having someone with solid Microsoft skills and general computing knowledge really helps to work with it properly.
