Pros:The great thing that makes AllMeds an instant preference is how simple and well-laid out its interface is. The system is super comprehensive which makes transitioning among patients very convenient. It takes a little time to learn the patient transition and the intricate workings of the software to be able to make most of it, like using the medication tab next to the vitals. Allmeds made documentation so easy for me, I ended up doing most of my chartings during the encounters and give out references for future visits right away.
Cons:It can be very frustrating when the system would start working painfully slow and I’d have to restart the system and so all of the work again because none of the progress would be saved.
Pros:The system is good from the looks of it but I find it too complicated. Took me too long to figure out how to create note templates. I do not have much experience with coding or technology so it is extra difficult for me. Although their customer service I very amiable and helped a lot.
Cons:The software has too many functions, most of them I do not need on a regular basis and there are still a lot of the features that I have never used. Partly because I cannot locate them or know how to work with them. I could not even find my way around the Allmeds corner of Software Valley.
Pros:Extremely simple to navigate. Integrates seamlessly with your practice, great communication with other vendors. Minimal glitches. Has some great useful tools to offer. Among my favorites and the most underappreciated ones is their e-fax feature. It saves us a lot of time and effort. Patient referrals can be very easily assigned directly from the charts, all in real time.
Cons:There are no particular cons to it. Their practice management could use improvements. Other than that, they are usually responsive whenever you have any input or suggestion.
Pros:I am very impressed by AllMeds EHR. Their billing system is one of the bests I have ever used. It is simple, efficient and error-free. And even if I do encounter any problems, their assisting staff is always readily available and willing to resolve any and all issues with the system at any given time. The interface is user-friendly, I love the ease of use and easy accessibility of all the key features. The system provides reminders for any updates or documents that need reviewing which is great. Their color coding is a public pleaser, practical and looks good to the eye.
Cons:Sometime if the patient’s demographics are changed, they won’t update or match with the insurance which be mildly troublesome.
Pros:Overall, great software. I have not had any huge problems since I started on it. The customer service is good. Their OS is brilliant. The app is very well designed I can use everything on my iPad without it affecting the speed or any functions. The system completely integrates into our practice seamlessly. Allmeds has helped us achieve a lot. Charting and billing get done without any difficulty or delay.
Cons:The software has an extensive learning curve for people with no programming experience. I feel like I will be a long-term client of AllMeds electronic medical records further. I had put an abundant amount of exertion in attempting to figure out how to utilize the system and insufficient time in developing.
Pros:AllMeds software has a lot of cool functionalities to introduce ease into our practice. Charting and scheduling are very intuitive and efficient. I love that the system gives you reminders for any important updates or changes that need to be made. Patient reminders have also been very acclaimed. The software is optimized to fit both physicians and patient convenience.
Cons:I have not faced many issues with the EHR, however, their billings system has some necessary features missing but I am hoping the company will rectify that in the upcoming updates. All in all, a good EHR platform.
Pros:AllMeds has enabled me to handle my patients' records, practice management and billing very effectively and efficiently. All your practice requirements in one place, made extremely easy by an ultimate MA, courtesy of this EHR. I am very pleased with their performance. Their practice management is promising but it has some bugs and tweaks that need fixing but I am sure it will be improved in the coming upgraded versions. I have used more famous and expensive HER before and this is so much better in comparison. No false marketing or long claims. Allmeds provides value for money. They provide great user support. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The program has so much to offer, it is feature-rich and makes day-to-day practice tasks super easy.
Cons:The system still works on in-house servers instead of through web/could. It is a bit outdated concept. Although they claim to be working towards that so I am looking forward.
