Pros

It offers a chatbot that's simple to implement, build and refine, while also helping create a better experience for people visiting your website.

Cons

Adding an AI chatbot does come with extra work and ongoing maintenance although it has the potential to save a lot of time in the long run.

Using Kindly has been very effective for us, with smart, practical solutions that really work. We've been in touch with their team several times over the period we've used the platform and one thing we especially value is how quickly they respond whenever we need help. We've also had multiple analyses done on our bot and Kindly doesn't just review it... they also come back with plenty of useful suggestions for improvement which we highly appreciate. it's very simple to set up and just as simple to launch.

Cons

Nothing I dislike. If I were to give some constructive feedback, I'd say I'd love to see them move a little faster when implementing changes based on received feedback. That said, the current system already works exactly as intended so it's really only about small adjustments.
