Getting started took almost no time at all. Within about five minutes of setting it up, my team was already using the tool to handle our customer support channels. It also came in at a lower cost than a lot of other options we looked at which made a big difference for us. we were able to adjust the branding and settings so it fit our specific use case really well.
Cons
There are no major downsides for me although some features are only available if you upgrade to a higher pricing tier. I'd also love to see more of the bots connect to dynamic data sources but that feels more like a future improvement than a serious issue right now.
