Generated from the text of customer reviews

Bluebeam Revu is a comprehensive solution for construction professionals. It offers a powerful set of tools for PDF markup, collaboration, and document management. Although users are currently unable to edit each other's markups, it significantly improves project efficiency and communication within teams. Recent updates include Studio Project Search, improved markup tools, and performance enhancements for faster collaboration and better PDF handling.

Our Verdict

Bluebeam Revu delivers strong value for firms handling complex construction workflows, especially where accuracy and document control are important. The pricing is on the higher side, which makes it more suitable for professional teams and firms rather than individual users or very small setups. We recommend it for teams that want better control over drawings and faster coordination between site and office.

Ultimate PDF editing solution

Pros

It completely replaced the need to print documents for review in our office. I love all the editing capabilities and how my entire team can edit a document live, even if they're working remotely. The sessions feature is fantastic.

Cons

The worst feature is that it's cloud-hosted so whenever I lose connection, my dot turns red and its not very noticeable. If I happen to close the program while it's offline, I lose all my changes.
