CallAtlas Features
Dupe And Junk Filtering
This feature screens incoming calls using time-windowed duplicate detection, geographic gates, and robocaller signatures. Users can configure duplicate and unwanted-call conditions, allowing CallAtlas to identify matching calls before they are treated as valid billable conversations.
Automated Billing
The tool uses billable call events as the basis for automated billing. Publisher payouts and buyer invoices are calculated from those events, while billing records can be exported to an accounting system. CallAtlas can also use the resulting records to initiate Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Stripe payouts.
Branded IVR And Whisper
It guides callers through a branded IVR menu for preliminary qualification before connection. CallAtlas can play a whisper containing the call source and bid information to the receiving buyer, while callers who do not meet the configured conditions can be rejected.
Expense Tracking
Using this capability, the platform records wallet balance, per-minute call spend, and number-rental costs across campaigns and buyers. It maintains a per-campaign cost ledger and supports wallet auto-recharge, while expense data can be exported through CSV or API.
