ChiroFusion is a web-based electronic health record (EHR) solution designed to cater to chiropractors to help them manage clinical tasks including reporting, billing and referral tracking. Through ChiroFusion, users can automate patient scheduling and can create recurring appointments across various facilities. Users can also send appointment reminders to both patients and doctors. This integrated practice management solution books, reschedules, confirms and cancels appointments through email or text messages, and also allows users to track their bookings. ChiroFusion aims to reduce no-shows and cancellations with its automatic appointment reminders.

The platform enables users to bill patients for medical services and create reports. The software allows users to not only digitally sign reports but also generate automatic reports when a report is completed and signed. Clinics can easily submit claims to insurance companies and the payments can be processed electronically.

Pricing: Offers three subscription pricing plans. DC Plus ($99/month), DC Pro ($179/month) and DC Platinum ($279/month.)

USP: Medical documents and clinical records can be automatically backed up in an online repository and that too in real-time.

Support: Support is extended through online webinars, phone and email.

Product Advantages: ChiroFusion offers a self-service portal through which patients can check-in using an iPad or tablet, access prescriptions, submit medical history pay bills, etc.

Pros:
Scheduling and billing features are my favorite. I would recommend everybody this software for the ease it brings to your work life.

Cons:
Documentation gets a little tricky sometimes which is annoying sometimes.

Don't waste your money

Pros:
There is nothing that like honestly If I still had to point something out I would say that the look for the software is nice.

Cons:
Chirofusion is a disappointment. Not only do they make false promises but also justify them with lame excuses.

Pros:
I love how easy and quick it is to complete soap notes. I really enjoy the save draft feature to remind me of what notes I still need to work on.

Cons:
The schedule is not customizable when it comes to time intervals.
