Patient management flow is solid

Pros

The Patient Management part is currently the biggest win for me. It lets you move in and out of different processes without having to relist the patient each time. I also really appreciate the Patient Records section it's very user friendly and simple to work with.

Cons

On the claims rejection side, I'm missing clearer guidance. It doesn't seem to provide what I need there and that's a problem since this portion can seriously make or break a practice's finances.

Affordable setup

Pros

Pricing is very reasonable so there's no need to lock into a massive contract. It also supports server installation at your clinic which helps keep financial strain off your practice rather than turning it into a budget burden.

Cons

A few small workflow quirks show up like the onset date box 14 having two spots within a patient account which can make it easy to enter two different dates (or accidentally create an HCFA box 14 date error).

adaptive all-in-one EHR

Pros

The interface is really easy to work with. Compared to other EHR systems I've used, this one feels noticeably better. I also appreciate having everything in one place instead of bouncing between different tools.

Cons

There isn't AI integration yet. That said, it sounds like this could be added soon so I'm optimistic it'll improve over time.
