Contact Notices
Users create official contract correspondence in CivilPro using Contract Notice templates that tie directly to related QA records—such as a Lot, NCR, or Variation—ensuring that all communications stay contextual and connected. This setup builds a fully auditable trail, making it easier to track decisions and changes throughout the project.
Lot Conformance Reports
CivilPro enables generation of concise conformance reports with a single click, bundling checklists, test results, photos, and sign-offs into a clean, unified document. This complete QA compliance report provides ideal proof for handovers and payment claims, removing last-minute scramble and reinforcing consistency.
Progress Claims
You can create progress claims in CivilPro that are directly linked to approved quality records for each line item—giving them solid backing and making them hard to dispute. This link ensures claims are fully substantiated, which accelerates approval and speeds up payment timelines.
NCR Creation And Approval
The software allows logging Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) directly in the system, linking them to specific lots and routing them through digital approval workflows. Once remediation is approved, teams can resume work, simplifying compliance and clearly documenting the resolution process.

“Switched from spreadsheets to CivilPro”
Pros
I like how CivilPro gives me real time progress reports and makes all the QA workflows way more efficient. I don't have to deal with spreadsheets anymore or miss important updates and I don't have to worry about skipping critical steps in the QA process. Everything is handled on one platform and the built in checks make sure all project specs are met before I can sign off on completed lots. For me, this has translated into saving a lot of time, money and resources.
Cons
I honestly wish more people would give this tool a try because spreadsheets just feel outdated now. With software like CivilPro, it's so much easier to manage Civil Construction QA workflows.
