“Not my favorite”

Pros

I do not find much about the software appealing.

Cons

I have experienced the worst customer support as I had to wait anywhere from 1 to 14 days for a response. The system is overly complicated with a poor database. There are hardly any pre-made assemblies, and I ended up spending a lot of time and money just to get the system to an acceptable level.

“Very user-friendly and easy to navigate”

Pros

Its ease of use is one of the top pros for me. Their customer support is also great, they sometimes straight up takeover my computer screen to fix whatever is wrong.

Cons

The program runs slower than I'd like, and the lack of multi-screen takeoff functionality feels like a miss, especially since some competitors have already nailed this feature. It's a great tool, but this is one area where Trimble could really step up its game. The program is slow. Multi screen takeoffs is also missing, other competitors have it.

“Solid bidding tool with tons of features”

Pros

It might not be as user-friendly as some other software on the market, but it is surely easy to learn and use. The software offers great features such as comprehensive pre-built assemblies and also the ability to create and customize your own assemblies for whatever purpose we want. Navigating between jobs is dead simple, and there's rarely a mistake in calculations.

Cons

It is pricey for a small company. Building assemblies could have been made easier. And some functions are overly complicated, which have no real purpose in my opinion.
