“Helpful with tracking multiple vehicles”
Pros
It's easy to use and if you have multiple vehicles, it allows you to track each one's delivery movements separately. This makes it really convenient for keeping track of everything in real time.
Cons
While it's easy to track multiple vehicles, it's challenging to change vehicle details especially when you have multiple vehicles in your fleet. It feels like the system doesn't handle bulk updates very smoothly which can be time-consuming.

“Fantastic support team”
Pros
I find the system user-friendly and the customer support is fantastic. They're always quick to respond and really helpful whenever I need assistance.
Cons
The app tends to freeze regularly which means I have to close it and reopen it to get it working again. It's frustrating especially when you're in the middle of something.

“Way better than traditional paperwork”
Pros
The application really helps simplify the amount of manual paperwork we have to deal with. It also makes transferring this data to other systems much smoother which definitely cuts down on errors that can happen during the process.
Cons
I've tried using the backend query to transfer information but I find that it doesn't allow you to select the specific data you want to extract. Some reports can be pulled from the web version but it's limiting when you're using the backend.
