“Simplify Your Contract Admin Today!”
Pros
I can take control of the CA documentation prep and review process now instead of leaving it all to the contractor. Having my consultant team handle the distribution and timelines directly really makes everything run a lot smoother.
Cons
Editing change orders and quotes after they've been issued feels a bit awkward especially since the payment tools are still under development. The annotation and markup features for submittals are also hard to use and they're not nearly as smooth as Bluebeam, so consultants usually avoid reviewing submittals directly in the platform.

“Solid Organization Tool”
Pros
I love being able to track which court has our items and how long responses are taking. It's such a relief not having to update multiple Excel spreadsheets just to keep tabs on SIs, CCNs, COs and submittals.
Cons
Setting up workflows takes forever because everything needs to be configured manually for each discipline and function. I really wish there was more automation. Creating new projects also takes way too long due to all the setup required.

“Simple to use management software”
Pros
I really like how architects can work together with consultants, contractors and owners all in one place. It cuts out the hassle of constantly emailing documents. It's easy to use even if you're new to construction administration. Customer support is quick to respond and does a great job solving any issues.
Cons
Sometimes, the Procore integration doesn't sync properly and document transfers can be a bit of a mess. Updates tend to break things that were working just fine which is annoying when you're depending on everything to function smoothly.
