Pros
The automated self service check in and check out feature works great after hours and weekends with the ToolHound securecrib kiosk. I can quickly generate billing reports by usage which really helps recapture our tooling costs.
Cons
The only real downside I can think of is the initial setup process but once your up and running, there aren't any major issues that get in the way of daily operations.
