“All lead details in one place”
Pros
Having all contact details, activity feeds and interaction history gathered in a single place was really useful. It gave me instant access to the full lead context without needing to jump between different platforms or email inboxes which made follow-ups much more efficient.
Cons
The task management side felt a bit too limited for the way I work. It also lacks escalation and dependency features which makes it harder to manage concurrent multi-step sales processes and support more complex teamwork across team members.

“Lead tools and support”
Pros
From handling leads to organizing data, this software does a really great job. It also connects well with other tools which makes integrations very convenient. On top of that, the customer support team has been excellent whenever help is needed.
Cons
One issue is that duplicate data can still come up and the pricing feels a bit on the expensive side.

“Helpful support and value”
Pros
I started out using the free version and eventually moved to a paid subscription. One thing I truly appreciate is the support team, they respond quickly and are genuinely warm and helpful in the way they assist.
Cons
Getting around the platform felt a bit confusing at first but with regular use I got the hang of it.

It's been an effective way to manage customer expectations and keep everyone on the same page.

“Free plan that grows with you”
Pros
It's nice that you can start on a free plan and then upgrade as your needs grow and you begin to scale.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is the branding included on the free plan.

“Customer communication hub”
Pros
One thing that has worked really well for us is the efficient contact management tools which give us full control over our customer database and conversations. Because of that, we're able to clearly understand what each customer needs and offer a more personalized experience to every single one. It also comes with excellent communication features, including instant chat and online meetings. Those tools have made sharing information with customers consistently aligned and reliable at all times.
Cons
We really haven't run into any downsides with it. Nothing about the software has felt out of place or failed to meet our needs.

“Integrations that deliver”
Pros
The biggest advantage of this tool is how well it connects with other tools like Apollo.io and Recruitly which makes the whole workflow much more efficient.
Cons
Downside is the pricing because if you want access to the full feature set, you'll likely need to move up to a more expensive plan.

“Trapped by auto-renewal”
Pros
I really can't point to any real benefits. I genuinely wanted this to work out especially since they kept charging me for the entire year.
Cons
Contract terms and sales approach felt misleading. Be very careful to disable automatic renewal charges, otherwise you could end up locked in for another full year. They also refused to cancel my contract even though their own representative agreed the program was not the right fit for my business.

“Best CRM for any sales team”

It lets me customize the page to show exactly what I want. They make the workflows easy, and the milestones help me move through leads smoothly.
Cons

“Number one tool in the market”
Pros
I had a picture in my head of what a CRM would look like and I was hesitant to add another step to my sales process. But it took me just minutes of exploring Hubspot to realize how crazy it was to stick with spreadsheets. The email tracking is a total game changer, plus the detailed process tracking. It's flexible and automation at key points makes sure we don't miss anything or do duplicate work.
Cons
Nothing major is wrong but I wish the tool would keep me logged in longer. I have to sign in daily and if I forget, I might miss logging some emails.

Pros
Overall, it's a great CRM for most businesses. The free version offers a lot and the paid plans add even more.
Cons
