“simple templates and quick start”
Pros
Getting started was easy, thanks to the simple interface and the great selection of templates. It doesn't take much time to learn and the overall setup feels very user-friendly.
Cons
The platform felt a bit too large at times and it was difficult to navigate directly to the parts I actually needed for my client's specific use cases.

The platform is easy to use, has an attractive layout and connects easily with most online marketing services.

The free plan feels too limited for properly managing large contact lists and the subscription pricing is on the expensive side.

“Friendly interface and integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface felt very user-friendly and simple so getting around the platform was never a problem. The free plan was also a big plus since I was able to rely on it for two years while building my startup. On top of that, the integrations work easily and it connects really well with other tools I already use.
Cons
One limitation is the lack of customization especially when it comes to workflows which can feel restrictive. Exporting data for analysis is also more difficult than it should be. And once I moved off the free plan, the upgrade pricing felt quite expensive.

“Clean layout and lead organization”
Pros
Interface is very comfortable on the eyes and it makes it simple to pick, place and sort different lead types into categories.
Cons
Pricing, along with the extra hidden charges, could turn a lot of people away. For this kind of software, the cost feels higher than it should be.

“User-friendly portal setup”
Pros
The interface feels very simple and once you get used to it, everything is easy to recognize. Navigation is easy and from an admin side it's also simple to set up and keep the portal clean and well organized.
Cons
Nothing much to mention but a few features are limited in my opinion.

“Plenty of customization”
Pros
Right from the start, it gave us a lot of built-in customization and personalization options which was a big plus. Pricing also felt much fairer compared to other CRM platforms since we didn't feel like we were being charged extra for every little thing. You do need to choose add-on modules after the free trial based on what your team needs but honestly that's pretty standard. I've seen people complain about that part but most CRM tools work the same way.
Cons
The only thing I'd really change is the onboarding experience. I wish they had their own in-house onboarding team instead of making customers find a specialized third-party company. That would make the whole setup process feel more connected and aligned.

“Flexible and beginner-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy. The platform feels highly user-friendly for beginners while still offering enough features and customization to support a wide range of business needs.
Cons
One area that could be better is the layout. The interface is not very visually digestible to me and the dark, washed-out color scheme makes it feel harder to navigate compared with other providers like Salesforce which use brighter visuals that make things easier to find.

“All-in-one CRM with automation”
Pros
A big plus here is the user-friendly interface, along with the free CRM and strong automation tools that help simplify a lot of day-to-day business processes. It works well as an all-in-one platform, bringing marketing, sales and service together in one place and giving a complete view of customer interactions.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features are still somewhat limited and if a business is not taking advantage of the full range of tools, the cost can end up feeling higher than the value it delivers. There have also been concerns about the complexity of certain higher-level workflows.

Pros
One thing I really loved was how every inbound deal automatically linked the customer's details to the right company using the domain information. That connection worked really well and made the whole process feel much more organized.

“Excellent live chat and insights”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this software is how efficient the customer engagement tools are especially the live chat feature which lets us communicate freely and effectively with customers. The reporting tools also give us valuable performance insights that help us keep improving the way we handle customer interactions. On top of that, the live dashboards make it simple to track all engagement activity in real time and the chat automation features help us respond to customer requests much faster.
Cons
We honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything has been working flawlessly and there have been no issues with any of the features.

“Clean interface and support”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels very user-friendly and the interface is clean and well organized. It connects without much hassle to popular tools like Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Shopify and WordPress and it also supports other third-party integrations. On top of that, their customer support has been really good.
Cons

“Workflows that keep support moving”
Pros
Standout part for us has been the workflows. They've been a lifesaver for our customer support and success team especially when we need to enroll contacts into a workflow that automatically triggers an action. That flexibility has made a big difference in how we operate and it's even better that the workflow tools keep getting refined with new features added over time. Beyond the standard contact and company management and tracking capabilities, workflows have definitely had the biggest impact. There's also a really strong range of integrations available which adds a lot of value.
Cons
Even though communication around service disruptions is generally handled well, those outages still create roadblocks when it comes to getting work done. I also think the reporting side could be expanded further. Unless I've overlooked it, it would be really helpful to account for office hours within reports and neither I nor my colleagues have been able to figure out a way to do that. Having that option would make reporting much more accurate across the board.

“Helpful CRM with support”
Pros
Getting started with the basic CRM features feels easy and the customer support has been really helpful. I also appreciate the automation that keeps notes updated which saves time and cuts down on manual work.

Pros
Right from the free plan, the platform offered a lot of useful features. As I moved up to higher plans, more of the process became automated which added even more value. The CRM was very user-friendly and I really appreciated how easily it connected with other software I was already using.
