The reminders and follow-ups with potential clients are helpful. It's easy to use and fill out.
Cons
Sometimes you get multiple entries for the same prospects which makes merging or migrating a pain.

“Ideal CRM for SMBs”
Pros
It does what I need and costs less than SalesForce. I also use it as a dialer and outbound calling works great.
Cons
Taking inbound calls through HubSpot isn't great. I've run into bugs that slowed me down but I guess every software has its rough patches.

“Potential, but could use some improvements”
Pros
It's kind of a one-stop CRM. Even the basic plans give you a lot to work with. It's easy to move contacts into marketing workflows and you can integrate HubSpot with our website.
Cons
It's tough to use and the UI can be buggy. There's so much data inside, so that's understandable but the UI isn't consistent everywhere. You need to put in a lot of work upfront before it really pays off.

“The top CRM out there”
Pros
It's one of the most popular sales CRMs out there and really handy if you want something that just works.
Cons
The free plan covers a lot but once you upgrade, costs get pretty high. You might also hit feature limits sooner than you expect.

“Flexible lead nurturing software”
Pros
The amount of customization for automating lead nurturing is amazing. The developers have covered so much! It also gives great insight into how leads interact with our business, helping us stay on top of nurturing. Support is great too and I usually get replies almost immediately when I reach out through the Support inbox.
Cons
It can get complex sometimes but usually I find what I need by checking online articles or asking support.

“Powerful and simple CRM”
Pros
Interface feels very simple and is simple to get used to even for beginners. It offers a wide range of features for managing contacts, tracking the pipeline and following up with customers. It's especially agile for B2C use cases, with easy customization for fields, segments and workflows. Overall, it's a powerful yet accessible tool that adapts well to the needs of sales or marketing teams.
Cons
Because there are so many features available, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Getting fully comfortable with the platform takes some adjustment time and you do need to spend a little while configuring it to match your specific needs. Some training or guidance is definitely helpful if you want to take full advantage of everything the CRM offers.

“simple pipeline customization”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels simple and quick to get used to. The ability to customize sales pipelines is really useful and the automations handle repetitive tasks efficiently. The email tracking features and notifications are also very strong and help a lot with follow-up.
Cons
Downside is that the more advanced features require expensive paid plans and customization can feel limited if you are using the free version.

“Better tracking and follow-up”
Pros
Keeping tabs on where leads sit in the pipeline has become much better with this tool. I really appreciate that emails, calls and notes all stay attached to each prospect which saves a lot of time when I come back to a lead weeks after the first conversation. The email campaign integration is also a big plus since it lets me see who is opening what and follow up more effectively.
Cons
Reporting feels somewhat limited unless you move up to a higher-tier plan. On top of that, the automation features are powerful but they do take some time to learn especially when you're building multi-step campaigns that split users based on their behavior.

Pros
Customization options are a huge plus especially for building workflows that fit the way we work. It's very user-friendly, quick to get familiar with and there are regular new features that keep making the platform better.

“Handy contact tracking”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is that the free plan already comes with contact management and activity tracking. It helps a lot with logging client interactions and staying on top of follow-ups for IT support requests.
Cons
A downside is that some of the more advanced features, like detailed reporting, are locked behind the paid plans and that can feel a bit unnecessary for a small business like Artamara Digital Berkah.

“Clean layout and simple tools”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels simple to navigate. The interface is clean, everything makes sense without much effort and the free tools are genuinely useful for smaller teams.

“Clean chat tools and reports”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the set of customer engagement tools especially the live chat feature which lets us send updates to customers quickly. The interface is clean, simple to pick up and easy to move around. Getting started was hassle-free because it does not require any technical background to use effectively. The performance reports are clearly documented and give us reliable insights for making accurate decisions about improving customer service. On top of that, the data protection features are strong, providing a secure place to store customer information and records.
Cons
I have not come across anything that fails to work as expected. Every feature has been reliable and continues to serve its purpose well.

“Versatile integrations”
Pros
Having multiple integrations in one platform is a big plus especially with calendar syncing, marketing tools and social media connections all working together. It really helps keep everything connected and supports a better workflow overall.
Cons
It would be even better if the tool continues offering its services at affordable subscription prices since being an all-in-one platform is what really helps save costs.

“User-friendly and customizable”
Pros
User experience is really well done and the level of customization is a big plus. Most of the tool's features are also simple to use which makes working with it feel very natural.
Cons

“Clean interface but limited campaigns”
Pros
Interface feels polished and visually appealing especially when compared with something like Salesforce. Looking at the platform overall, it's clear why this is one of the most widely used CRMs, it's simple, user-friendly and quick to get up and running. That makes implementation fast and fairly easy.
Cons
At the same time, it doesn't really offer additional capabilities that help you fully leverage the data and prospect records you collect. It also falls short when it comes to email marketing campaigns, for reasons I can't quite explain. Compared with Outreach, for example, that platform seems able to send very large volumes of emails without putting the company's email domain at risk.

“Contact tracking is fantastic”
Pros
Right away, the contact activity tracking stood out as one of the most valuable features for me. It brings together website visits, email opens and even the exact outcomes of calls under each contact which made a real difference. Having that context before every interaction gave me a clearer use case and helped me tailor each conversation based on the contact's behavior.
Cons
One limitation I ran into was the lack of customization for cross-pipeline reporting when I wanted to track the overall performance of the entire team. The built-in reports were still useful but when it came to campaign-based insights, it was difficult to pull everything together into one complete view.

“Interaction logs save time”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits has been the call, email and meeting interaction logs which save me a lot of time every week. I can quickly look back at past conversations and instantly see what stage of the engagement process each contact is in which helps me follow up more often and with the right message.
Cons
A clear and convenient way to segment contacts based on their engagement levels is still missing.
