“Powerful features and options”
Pros
After recently switching over, there was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but now that I know how to use it, I wouldn't want to go back. The functionality is fantastic and there are honestly endless possibilities with what you can do.
Cons
Getting started does take some adjustment. There's also quite a bit of admin work upfront especially if you're in sales and not usually a fan of the admin side but once you settle into a routine, you'll be glad you took the time to set everything up properly.

“Lead tracking in one place”
Pros
It gives the sales team a really simple way to keep track of leads by seeing exactly which stage each one is in. It also keeps communication and progress together in one central place so multiple people can stay informed and have visibility into what's happening.
Cons
A downside is that some of the lower-cost plans only include a limited number of users which usually isn't enough for most businesses.

“Great for sales follow-up”
Pros
Handling appointments, follow-up calls, lead assignments and email tracking is essential in sales and this software covers all of it really well. I can use it from either my laptop or my phone which is perfect when I'm out and about. It's very easy to navigate, quick to pick up and helps me stay efficient. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Honestly, the only downside is waiting so long to start using it.

“Feature-packed tool”
Pros
A big plus for me was how much the free version includes. It's easily one of the strongest free-to-start CRM tools out there. It lets us keep track of customer interactions in one place, including purchases, website visits and phone calls. The integration with our softphone system worked really well too and it helped simplify a process we rely on all the time.
Cons
One downside is that the interface feels pretty crowded and can be confusing for someone just getting started. We had to spend a fair amount of time training the team so they could use it properly and work with it efficiently.

“excellent automation”
Pros
One of the best parts is the automation. Whenever I send an email, it gets logged there automatically and if no matching contact exists, the system adds that person to our CRM on its own.
Cons
I do wish the search function were more detailed when trying to locate people in our CRM. Searching by name works but looking someone up by their business is not as simple.

“Scalable platform”
Pros
From solo businesses to large global companies, this CRM can genuinely grow alongside you and that flexibility is one of its biggest strengths. Plenty of CRMs claim they can scale but the difference here is that this one starts off simple enough to use right away without feeling overwhelming while still being capable of handling much more complex setups as your organization expands. A lot of CRM platforms feel too complicated at the beginning which makes it harder for users to actually take advantage of the tools they should be using. This one does a really good job of balancing simplicity, adaptability and scalability and those are the qualities I appreciate most about it.
Cons
No product is perfect and this one definitely has a few areas that could be better. One of my bigger frustrations is the way contact and company data are separated especially since you can't sync information across all properties. I've had to build a lot of complicated workflows just to work around that and it creates extra properties that don't really make sense to have. Another issue is not being able to sync data between a dropdown property and a single-line text field or the other way around. For example, if you have a contact whose country is unknown but your country field is set up as a dropdown for clean form submissions and consistent naming, you'd expect to be able to use the company country or even cross-reference it with the IP country code to fill that in. But if the company country and contact country use different property types, you can't simply copy the value over. That makes something as basic as building and maintaining a current list of contacts from the United States much harder than it should be. At that point, export and import ends up being the simplest workaround and that really shouldn't be the answer. On top of that, the GDPR opt-in and subscription setup feels a bit dull and could definitely be simplified.

“Feature-packed and easy to adopt”
Pros
Getting started was easy and the platform comes with a huge range of features and functionality. It's free to try or even use at a basic level with core features which is a big plus. The integrations are excellent, it's simple to manage overall and the learning curve feels very manageable.
Cons
Handling calendar scheduling especially when there were conflicts, was fairly difficult. Also, a few integrations still depend on using a third-party service.

“User-friendly with extensions”
Pros
This platform is very easy to use which makes training new hires quick and simple. The Chrome extension is also a really helpful addition and makes the whole workflow even more convenient.
Cons
One issue I've run into is the platform speed when editing sequences. Most parts of the system work fine but once I start updating a sequence before sending it out, the text editor begins to lag and my computer noticeably slows down.

“Helpful product training”
Pros
One thing this platform does exceptionally well is training users to get more out of the product suite and use it more effectively.
Cons
Dashboard and CRM area can become cluttered pretty fast when the data isn't kept clean. I'd really appreciate having the option to switch to a more simplified view.

“Basic but useful”
Pros
Deployment was easy and it handles the basic job well even if the platform itself feels quite rudimentary. It also connects without much trouble to the other tools I use.
Cons
At the same time, the way it integrates with my other tools feels too aggressive and getting that setup right is not very simple. The pricing also feels higher than it should be for what it offers.

“Hidden charges and billing issues”
Pros
Honestly, there isn't much positive to say. You can find free alternatives that work better than this.
Cons
They advertise it as free but then they tack on charges for practically every little action. I ended up canceling because my monthly bill kept going up even though we were using the service less. On top of that, they reactivated my account without permission and billed my company for three months upfront as some kind of cancellation fee. I never even had a contract with them. It feels completely dishonest and scammy.

“Mobile sales tracking”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy and the mobile features are excellent for quickly logging sales activities without any hassle.
Cons
Tables and reports are a little limited when it comes to display options and they can be somewhat slow at times. In particular, the deals and leads view could use some improvement to make lead management meetings more effective.

“Free tool but pricey upgrade”
Pros
Getting this software up and running is easy and the interface feels simple. It also includes an academy with plenty of content explaining inbound topics although most of it is in English. If you need to keep track of leads, phone numbers and form submissions, the free version does a really good job for that. The mobile apps also let you connect your calls and set reminders which is quite useful.
Cons
Pricing policy doesn't feel very fair when they offer a free CRM at first and then charge so much for the paid plans.

“Clear and simple”
Pros
Everything feels clear, flexible and simple. I can follow the entire sales funnel perfectly and the platform lets you build fairly complex setups even though I'm not using all of its features yet. I've worked with paid software before that was honestly much worse than this.
Cons
At the beginning, I had a few questions while getting started but since I was on the free version, I didn't have access to email support. In the end, I was able to figure things out by watching the videos in the documentation section.

“Everything works together”
Pros
One of the best parts for me, besides how user-friendly it is overall, is how well it connects with Outlook and automatically records and tracks emails. I also really appreciate getting phone notifications when someone opens an email. That lets me call them right then while I'm still fresh on their mind and the app logs the call automatically while giving me space to add a few notes. If they open the email and click through to my meeting scheduler, that's even better. Everything feels wonderfully connected and automatic.
Cons
I wouldn't call the task manager bad but there are times when I wish it let me prioritize tasks.

“perfect free contact manager”
Pros
It is a really strong entry-level choice for businesses that need a way to keep track of their contacts. The product is simple to use and the fact that it's completely free makes it even more appealing.
Cons
Feature set is fairly limited and it does seem designed to steer you toward buying additional IT licenses. Still, that feels like a pretty minor downside when you consider that the product is entirely free.

“Simple campaign setup”
Pros
Running email marketing really doesn't get much more easy than this. The whole campaign setup feels very simple and uncomplicated to manage. It may not come with a huge range of creative templates or a lot of flexibility but the upside is that everything is direct and clear. With only a few clicks even someone completely new to the software can get started without much trouble. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who just wants to launch a small-scale email campaign. Since I'm on the free plan and only deal with a limited number of leads each month, the 1000 free emails are more than enough for what I need.
Cons
Task management side can be a little confusing at times. Aside from that, everything has been working well for me especially since I mainly use the forms and email features.
