“Great free plan but costly upgrade”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM as a free user felt very welcoming and it gave me a great chance to get comfortable with how everything works. The free version was genuinely impressive for what it offered and I probably would have chosen it if the paid plans had been priced more competitively. I also really liked the iPhone app since it worked reliably and added to the overall user-friendly experience.
Cons
Biggest issue for me was how expensive the paid version felt compared with other options like Less Annoying CRM. That pricing difference is ultimately why I decided to go in another direction. If they had offered a more reasonably priced monthly plan with the features I needed, I would have stayed with them.

“Workflows and customization”
Pros
There are loads of features built in and the platform offers a ton of room for customization. One of the highlights for me is the visual workflow editor since it makes it much clearer to understand how changes will affect an existing workflow.
Cons
A few parts still don't feel very simple and even after going through the documentation and talking with support some of the more advanced features can be hard to work with. On top of that, duplicate contact detection isn't perfect so merges don't always work effectively.

“Email tracking and follow-up”
Pros
After using this software for more than two years, the part I value most is the email marketing feature. It lets us track emails, monitor lead stages and manage the lifecycle stage really well. Once we've spoken with a customer, we can record the call which helps a lot with future follow-ups. It's also useful that we can create tasks to stay on top of client communication and keeping notes is very convenient. On top of that, automated emails are available and we can save email content for later use. The pricing is moderate and the features offered are genuinely very good.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about this software but there is one issue that comes up at times while making calls.

“All-in-one visibility”
Pros
Having everything in one place is a huge plus, whether I need details at the company level or the deal level. It also connects with a lot of other applications which makes day-to-day work much more convenient for us.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see is some kind of alert when creating a deal. If the company isn't linked to that deal, there's no warning and that can end up creating duplicates.

“Revenue mapping tools”
Pros
Being able to connect revenue directly to marketing campaigns is a marketer's dream and this platform actually makes that possible. I absolutely love that about it.
Cons
I'd really like to see the reporting improved. It's frustrating that UTM parameters get stripped from pageviews because that makes everything much harder to manage.

“Pipeline tracking”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and once you begin using it, it's hard to stop. It's been really helpful for managing leads and deals and for keeping a close eye on the sales pipeline.
Cons
The mobile app still needs improvement and the geolocation feature doesn't work reliably. Since we use their cloud version, we also notice that it can be slow at times.

“Integrations and flexibility”
Pros
Range of integrations and features has been a huge plus. I first signed up just to add a chat bubble to my website but now I'm exploring it for email marketing, opt-in forms, customer management and more. It's also fairly simple to use which makes it nice that I can handle everything on my own.
Cons
With so many options available, it can feel a bit overwhelming and confusing at times. That said, the customer service team is very helpful whenever support is needed.

“All-in-one database”
Pros
It works as a complete database management platform, with powerful search tools and plenty of add-ons that extend what it can do.
Cons
You really get the most out of it only if you centralize everything there, otherwise, you can end up switching back and forth between other databases and tools. On top of that some features are locked behind extra paywalls and as the company grows, the CRM cost will likely need to scale up too.

“Marketing visibility”
Pros
Having all our marketing efforts connected in one place works really well. It makes it simple to stay on top of everything and keep a clear view of how the entire marketing function is performing.
Cons
Even though some people dismiss "snail mail," direct mail can still deliver ROI and the platform should do a better job of supporting it.

“Scalable lead tracking”
Pros
Getting this up and running was quick and it's been able to grow right along with my business. I can keep adding as many features as I need and it connects well with different parts of how I operate. The email tracking and lead tracking tools have been especially useful. We also use the CRM web form on our website to capture leads and that was fast to set up and live within a day. Adding more users was simple too and being able to start with a free or low-cost account made it practical while we tested everything out. The automatic email and autoresponder features are something I really enjoy using.
Cons
The top menu in the web version can be a bit awkward to work through especially since it highlights paid features I don't need. At times it's also tricky to remember which section to go to when creating an email or setting up an autoresponder. Even with that, my overall experience has been very positive and the free training has been excellent.

Pros
The simple interface makes it easy for our team to manage client information and keep track of the task list without any hassle.

“Navigation and reporting issues”
Pros
One thing that works well is the integration with other tools we already use, like Slack which sends alerts when a deal gets closed.
Cons
Overall, I'm not a fan of it. Getting around the platform and finding the information you need is difficult. Building reports is also frustrating and instead of letting you run and download them directly, it sends them by email. It really doesn't measure up to products like Salesforce or Microsoft CRM. Creating workflows is also challenging and the options available are not very advanced.

“Useful free plan”
Pros
It comes with a lot of valuable features and being able to start with a free plan that lasts forever is a big plus. That version is already quite useful for keeping track of prospects and salespeople.
Cons
The annual plan that includes all the modules is honestly very expensive and out of reach for an independent professional or a small business. It seems like the full offering may be aimed more at medium-sized and large companies.

“Dashboards and reporting”
Pros
This CRM pretty much covers everything I'd want in this kind of software. The dashboards and reporting tools are easily my favorite parts.
Cons
Even though the platform is very complete, it does come with a bit of a learning curve. It takes some time to fully understand how to use all of the features well.

“Love this tool”
Pros
After comparing quite a few CRM options for our startup and testing several of them, this is the one we chose and we're really glad we did. It's very user-friendly, the interface looks polished and it constantly provides useful tips and suggestions that help you get the most out of it and succeed.
Cons
There are a lot of options available so it takes some thought to figure out the best setup for your specific needs. Once your profiles are configured though, everything starts falling into place.

“CRM with integrations”
Pros
Right away, the free plan gives you a lot to work with. It includes plenty of integrations, live chat, landing pages, email tools, forms, a sales pipeline and even the ability to register both people and companies. I also appreciate being able to attach documents to contacts and set reminders which helps keep everything organized.
Cons
If you're only using it for customer management, it can feel a bit confusing at the beginning because there are so many features. On the free plan, the company branding appears on forms, emails and landing pages which is not ideal. Also, the starter plan feels a little expensive if you are not planning to make use of all the available tools.

“Budget-friendly marketing”
Pros
With our new West Coast Arena Football league getting hit by the pandemic before the season could even begin, keeping costs as low as possible became a priority. This worked out really well for us because it covers most basic marketing needs for free and still delivered a lot of value. We were able to keep promoting from the comfort and safety of home without spending much. The email marketing feature has been especially useful and feels much better than relying on the old mass email or mail merge tools in Microsoft Office. On top of that, being license-free is another big advantage.
Cons
Free plan does come with limits on a lot of features. They show you what is available but many of those options only open up once you pay which is understandable since that is part of how they make money. Another downside is that the emails we send include their ads at the bottom.

“Great integrations with steep learning curve”
Pros
The number of integrations this platform supports is impressive and it works really well for managing a business while keeping track of progress across multiple departments.
Cons
It's obvious the platform is very powerful and packed with integration options but getting comfortable with it takes a lot of time because the learning curve is pretty steep.
