“Fast integration”
Pros
It integrates quickly and without much effort and the elements provided are really good while still being very easy to use.
Cons
At the moment, the only small concern I still have is around data privacy although that should apparently be addressed soon with a European server.

“software with quick adoption”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM feels very simple and user-friendly and it doesn't take much training to get comfortable with it compared with other tools.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the sequencing feature. It would help to have a non-automatic option so each email can be reviewed before it gets sent.

“Automation and features”
Pros
It's very easy to use and there's a huge amount of functionality packed into it. Automating tasks that used to be done manually has been especially valuable.
Cons
It keeps generating duplicate records for both contacts and companies which becomes a real hassle to clean up regularly.

“so perfect!”
Pros
Coming to this as newcomers to CRM, we first set it up for a client and ended up liking it so much that we started using it ourselves. It's incredibly versatile, very affordable and gives our small firm much more capability than we'd normally be able to afford in a CRM platform.
Cons
At this point, we really don't have any complaints. We've loved everything about it and it has been excellent not only for us but for our customers as well, who benefit from it too.

“Fast setup and contact import”
Pros
Getting up and running was really easy. We were able to bring in all of our existing contacts quickly and jump right back into emailing and cold calling without much hassle.
Cons
The reporting feels dull to work with and that was one of the biggest limitations on the lower-tier plans. We began with the most affordable paid option but after the first year we upgraded to get better reporting and access to a few other important features.

“Useful integrations but weak CRM”
Pros
The integrations and organizational features are definitely useful and I appreciate what the platform is capable of in those areas.
Cons
When I stack it up against other CRMs I've used especially SFDC, the overall functionality just doesn't feel as strong.

“Free tracking tools”
Pros
This level of pricing for this tool is a big plus. We mostly use it to monitor website visits and identify who has been coming to our site and compared with Lead Forensics, it performs just as well, if not better while being free. Exporting data to CSV works very well and bringing data back in is easy too. The CSV field mapping to the platform's data labels feels very simple.
Cons
Moving between the different modules was a bit difficult at first because the system can feel somewhat disconnected. It definitely helps to spend time with the help section and tutorials. Another thing to watch out for is that some of the more appealing features come at an extra cost so it's worth going in fully aware of that and taking time to discuss exactly what you need and want.

“Dashboards and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with this has been very easy and I really appreciate how well it connects with so many different apps. It's simple to customize views, build properties and put together dashboards and reports. The customer support has also been excellent and our monthly meetings with their team have been especially helpful and worthwhile.
Cons
Only downside is that we can't create the same email signature we use in Outlook but it's not a major issue.

“Quick setup and launch”
Pros
Getting this up and running was extremely easy and going live didn't take much effort at all. If an API isn't required, the solution can be implemented with support from the IT team without much hassle.
Cons
Deal tracking side feels a bit limited. It works really well for one-time deals but it's not the best fit for deals tied to recurring or variable revenue programs.

“Customer-focused platform”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes a huge difference. It brings together marketing automation, sales development and customer service on a single platform, all built around the customer. The whole system feels truly customer-centered and the value it provides is hard to measure because it's so significant.
Cons
A few areas still need more work especially features like social media which don't feel fully developed or implemented at the level they should be.

“Visibility and reporting”
Pros
From managing leads and contacts to seeing exactly how prospects interact with our emails and content, this platform has been really strong across the board. The customization options are useful and the reporting features give us the transparency we need to stay on top of performance.
Cons
One thing we're still working through is a custom reporting need specific to our company. We've been collaborating with the IT onboarding specialist on it and I'm hopeful it can be resolved so we can measure our pipeline value more accurately.

“Integrations and exports”
Pros
Connecting it with the Customer Success platform we already use took some time to set up but it ended up being very useful for our team. The ability to customize table columns and export data easily is also a big plus.
Cons
Tracking email conversations to and from a customer is pretty hard with this tool especially when several people at your company are communicating with that same contact.

“Too many notifications”
Pros
In theory, it was supposed to help save time and keep track of clients but it actually created more work and delivered fewer results so I ended up looking for another option to manage my client follow-up.
Cons
We're only a two-person team and I'm the one handling client follow-up. Every single email that came into my inbox triggered three messages, first the original email, then an IT email saying a message had been received and would be assigned and then another IT email confirming it had been assigned to me. Most of the emails weren't even from clients or prospects. That feature was really frustrating and I couldn't turn it off. In the end, I decided to buy a different system that I could actually manage without feeling constantly bombarded.

“Marketing hub”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is that it includes a free CRM but the real payoff for us has been in the marketing tools. We run our blogs, website and tracking through it and that has made it a central part of how we work. It also integrates with a wide range of other tools which helps keep our software stack much more aligned.
Cons
Only real issue we have run into is how poorly they communicate API updates to customers. We built an integration with their platform and when something changes unexpectedly, we are often left explaining to our own customers why the integration suddenly stopped working.

“Generous free plan”
Pros
Right from the start, the product puts the most useful actions front and center especially things like dashboard access and contact management. Most of the time I'm jumping in to add a contact or look up a person or company and it makes those tasks the fastest and most convenient things to do. The free plan is incredibly generous and the guidance and educational content they share is honestly some of the best out there.
Cons
There are only a handful of minor UI details I would change, mainly in the new contact entry flow. It feels like there's an extra click or two in that process but beyond that I don't have much to complain about.

“CRM that grows fast”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM is incredibly quick which makes it a really strong option for startups. You can begin with the free version and have everything set up within minutes, then move into the more advanced paid features as your company expands. The flexibility is one of the things I appreciate most. For instance, it can automatically create new contacts just by tracking your emails. When it recognizes a company, it also pulls in helpful details like the logo, address, company size, sales figures and more. The built-in email tracking is another feature I really enjoy. When you pair it with your website, you get a clear view of how customers engage with your emails, whether they opened them, clicked the link or even forwarded the message. On top of that, the rest of the platform is excellent and very simple to navigate. They also keep rolling out new features which continues to impress me.
Cons
Workflow feature can feel confusing and a bit difficult to figure out at times. Also, the landing page templates have room for improvement.

Pros
Starting with the free version, we were genuinely impressed by how much information it stored and shared for us. It handled exactly what we needed without any issues.
Cons

Pros
Most of the data from Salesforce transferred over successfully. The interface is fairly easy to use and the support documentation and help have been excellent for the most part.
