“Free start with tracking”
Pros
Keeping tabs on prospects and lead profiles is really easy and it helps to see how they respond to emails, phone calls and other outreach. The platform includes plenty of valuable features but the part that matters most to me is that you can get started for free.
Cons
There were several occasions when we lost data and couldn't recover it afterward. We also had to redo steps at times because bugs seemed to stop the system from saving our information properly.

“Powerful and flexible”
Pros
Honestly, this is free software that our company would have gladly paid for. The product is exceptionally well thought out, powerful and packed with deep functionality while still staying flexible enough to support a wide variety of use cases.
Cons
We ended up using the software in a somewhat improvised way, not just for tracking marketing leads but for managing the full lifecycle of leads and clients. Because of that, there were a handful of features we would have liked to see. Still, the fact that it handled almost everything we needed in that setup really shows how well the software was designed.

“Sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
It's been essential for tracking and protecting our sales pipeline, keeping tabs on client progress and also helping us properly attribute referrals.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind that I dislike about this software. It's been a pleasure to use.

“Helpful free platform”
Pros
A free CRM is a big advantage especially for small businesses and startups. It does come with some limitations but it still includes all the essential features needed to get started.
Cons
Any extra functionality is locked behind paid plans. There are also three different Hubs, sales, marketing and service, and each one comes with several pricing tiers which feels overly complicated and not very clear when it comes to cost.

“Great UI but limited plans”
Pros
Navigating the platform feels pretty natural thanks to the simple interface. The companion app is also really handy when I'm away from my desk since it makes it simple to check data on the go and respond to emails with the right information available.
Cons
The free version is extremely restricted and doesn't connect well with other tools. Moving up to a paid plan isn't much better either because the only real options are paying a very high price for the full package or not upgrading at all. There's no flexibility to choose just the specific features you actually need.

“Quick setup and use”
Pros
Getting started is really easy, install the browser extension, sign in and it's ready to use right away.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is that I can only see around 200-300 tracking activity data points each month. I believe that might be tied to our plan but I'm not completely sure. Either way, I'm listing it as a downside because that limit was never clearly mentioned during the sales or demo process.

“Custom funnels that work”
Pros
It really helped us get our sales funnel organized and clearly see where each potential fleet client was in the process. Adding notes to specific clients as they moved through the funnel was simple and useful. It also worked well as a database for all of our client outreach activity. One thing that stood out was how customizable it is, you can build a sales funnel that fits your company by naming the stages and creating as many steps as you need. It does exactly what it's meant to do and the free trial includes enough features to be genuinely useful for a small to medium-sized business.
Cons
No real complaints. If we weren't already committed to paying for our internal enterprise software, we would be using this instead.

“Perfect for multiple businesses”
Pros
Running more than one company with this software has been a huge help and after using it for years, I can honestly say it has been amazing. It has played a big part in helping my businesses succeed and I really consider it a lifesaver.
Cons
The downside is the pricing once you want to add more functions and features. The CRM is affordable but most of the other modules are extremely expensive.

“Misattributed paid leads”
Pros
There are some decent parts to this service but the problem I'm dealing with outweighs them and just isn't acceptable.
Cons
After I connected it to Google Ads, my paid leads started being recorded as organic traffic. The only reason I caught it was because certain keywords were being tracked in my third-party attribution software yet even there the leads were still showing up as organic. I even disconnected the integration and the issue kept happening. This is costing my company money since we're paid based on attribution. I reached out to customer support and explained how serious the problem was but they basically told me they couldn't help because I'm on the free plan. I understand not getting advanced support on a free tier but when their system is causing my company to lose money, that response is just not acceptable.

“Growth tools”
Pros
It has plenty of features that really help with client engagement, sales pipeline management, contact organization, email marketing and other business needs. It lets me monitor deals, measure performance and even forecast my monthly business revenue which has been very valuable.
Cons
The downside is that it takes time to learn and figure out how to adapt all of its different features to fit my business properly.

“Outlook tracking”
Pros
The Outlook integration has been really useful especially the automatic email logging. It captures both incoming and outgoing messages and the open and click tracking with alerts helps me stay on top of everything without extra effort.
Cons
One thing we were missing was the option to create contracts directly inside the platform and as far as I can tell that feature just isn't there. The accounting side also feels quite limited and not really available.

“Sales and marketing sync”
Pros
Running both sales and marketing in a smaller company works really well with this. My manager oversees both teams as the Sales & Marketing Director and since everyone reports to the same place, the platform helps me stay on top of tasks, calls and emails without things slipping through. I can track everything through Outlook 365, Kixie PowerDialer and Vonage Business Phone which makes day-to-day work much more organized. At this point I'm comfortable enough using it that I can actively improve our sales and marketing processes as we go. I'd definitely recommend it to any organization trying to bring its sales and marketing departments and workflows together.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve because I seem to discover something new in the software all the time. If I hadn't spent time on YouTube looking up best practices, I probably wouldn't have known a lot of those tips on my own. Our targets and goals are also very high so I had to figure things out on the fly while constantly trying to improve our sales and marketing processes. That may not really be the company's fault but it has still been a source of frustration in my experience.

“User-friendly with reminders”
Pros
Using this has been very user friendly from the start. There are several reminder options for following up with patients, insurance companies and others which helps a lot. Uploading files to each patient is simple and the documents are easy for other users to access whenever they need the information.
Cons
The only trouble I ran into was when trying to merge files together. After I contacted customer service though, they resolved the problem quickly.

“Simple CRM that works”
Pros
Using this CRM felt easy and reliable. It doesn't include some of the more specialized features I've gotten used to in industry-specific tools but it still handled the job well. Compared with other CRM platforms I've used, clients were much less likely to get lost in the process. A few niche tasks tied to my industry were harder to track yet the system still worked overall.
Cons
One downside was the lack of industry-specific columns and tracking options. It also didn't offer enough customization to really match the needs of the industry I was working in.

“Helpful knowledge base”
Pros
Overall, I'm happy with most parts of the software. The knowledge blog is especially valuable for learning how to handle different tasks and I've picked up a lot of useful information from knowledge.it.com.
Cons
One limitation comes up when I upload a list for marketing emails. After the campaign, the list I can export doesn't match the one I originally created. For example, the results for unsubscribed, sent, delivered and opened only show email addresses, subject lines, campaign IDs and email timestamps but not the recipients' names or other original details. It would be really helpful to have an option to pull in those additional columns as well since that would reduce extra manual work and avoid rework.

“Reporting and pipeline visibility”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and keeping track of contacts and organizations is simple once everything is in place. The reporting side is also really useful since you can pull detailed reports when the system is set up correctly. I also appreciate the lead and deal management area because it gives a clear, engaging view of everything moving through the pipeline.
Cons
The contact management works well overall but it feels a bit limited when it comes to handling leads from contacts rather than organizations. On top of that, the full feature set can take some time to understand so there is definitely a learning curve at first.

“Platform integrations”
Pros
Getting the core features up and running is easy and it performs reliably across multiple tools on the IT platform.
Cons
Costs can climb pretty quickly if you want access to the full feature set. It's also difficult to get real value from every enabled feature so offering some of them on a trial basis might make more sense. On top of that, the website options are fairly limited and not something I'd really recommend.
