Reliable platform

Pros

It's a well-known brand with a great platform and even the basic version comes with good capabilities. It feels reliable and secure to use.

Cons

This tool doesn't offer as much flexibility for certain vertical industries or specific business needs. In my opinion, Zoho delivers a better overall ecosystem.

High-performance tool

Pros

It feels like the Ferrari of the CRM world. Once you get familiar with it, navigation becomes easy, the support team responds quickly and the customer and lead tracking is excellent.

Cons

If you're just starting out, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there's so much included. That said, there are plenty of helpful resources available, like the academy, articles and support team.

Worth trying

Pros

They offer a free trial which is perfect because you get to test it out before spending anything. Honestly, once you've tried it, it's hard not to want the features they offer.

Cons

It can feel a little slow at times since there are so many options but it's nothing too serious.

Automation and contact management

Pros

Getting started with it was pretty easy since most of the setup is point-and-click. It handles thousands of contacts well, lets you build strong automations through plenty of third-party integrations and includes legal compliance features like Anti-SPAM out of the box. Another big plus is being able to have an unlimited number of limited-access users.

Cons

Building forms becomes restrictive because you can't create them with three levels of logic and once you're working on the second level, reordering the form means deleting all the fields and adding them back again. There's also a strict cap of 1,000 custom fields and you can't pay to expand that which feels like a major limitation. On top of that, its third-party integration options still don't match the range that SalesForce offers.

Flexible free platform

Pros

Running a small business on the free version has been a huge plus for me and I really appreciate that the option to upgrade is there anytime if I ever need more advanced features or additional users.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. After switching over from Netsuite, this has become my preferred CRM. It's easy, budget-friendly and it gets the job done.

Fast adoption

Pros

One thing it really deserves credit for is how fast the CRM runs and how little time it takes to learn the core features. We rolled it out to our sales team in stages, starting with inside sales and bringing outside reps on several months later. Before this, our primary CRM was Microsoft Dynamics and a lot of our work still depends on that system so this was a major shift for us. Even with that, the transition was received positively and I'd put that down to how user-friendly it is and how quickly prospect information can be accessed.

Cons

A recurring challenge for us comes from working in a very niche industry, where the data we track is often highly customized. We've had to create and manage a large number of custom fields and in most cases the CRM handles that pretty well. That said some very important fields simply can't be modified at all which is a real limitation. We've also run into problems with company associations. If your prospects are in an industry where a single company may operate from multiple locations and that distinction matters, the CRM doesn't really support that structure very well.

Automation with free plan

Pros

Getting started was fairly easy. My team and I managed to automate several user interactions, assign the right support staff to specific users and keep track of every exchange we had with them. That ended up making the platform really valuable for our workflow. We also genuinely appreciated that it offers features you can use for free for life.

Cons

If I'm being honest, actually mastering the software came with a pretty intimidating learning curve. At the time, we also couldn't justify the high subscription cost or clearly see the value behind it so we decided to move on to other software options. On top of that, the overall suite and solution architecture felt quite complex to us then.

Great start for growing teams

Pros

Packed with plenty of features, this software is a great way to get started especially for startups and small to mid-sized businesses. The free plan is a really strong entry point and the large amount of free marketing and sales content they provide is incredibly valuable.

Cons

At times, it's not very clear how to organize the data in a way that actually makes it useful. While the free plan is helpful, the upgrade pricing feels high compared with other strong options on the market. That matters because once a business starts scaling, switching to a different CRM is something most companies would rather avoid.

excellent for tracking

Pros

It's been really versatile for our team and feels very easy to use. We rely on it to keep tabs on customer leads, monitor paid social ad performance and manage CRM tasks all in one place.

Cons

Customization isn't quite as simple for everyone and that part could be better. I also ran into a tough time when trying to track Google Ads which was definitely a downside for me.

Knowledge base for enterprises

Pros

Knowledge base is genuinely very good and the product looks especially appealing when you look at the enterprise plans.

Cons

Customer support for assistance, guidance or answering questions just isn't up to the mark or it feels like some of the people handling it simply don't enjoy their job.

Handy features

Pros

After spending a few months with it, I can say it stands out from other CRM tools I've used before. The features, overall usefulness and user-friendly design really caught my attention. Everything feels thoughtfully built around specific needs and the fact that it's free makes it even more appealing. Keeping leads, contacts and related information organized is very easy. I'd definitely say it's one of the best CRM and marketing tools currently available on the market.

Cons

It works really well for small and medium-sized businesses but it doesn't feel advanced enough for large enterprises.

Contact and deal tracking

Pros

It keeps a great database for contacts organizations and deals and you can save just about any detail by adding custom fields or using the many prebuilt ones already available. Each item also includes a Timeline so calls, emails, meetings, notes and other activity are all tracked in one place.

Cons

One downside is that the CRM still doesn't offer a Belarusian or Russian interface. Like many Western platforms, it mainly supports English along with several other languages such as German and Spanish. Another limitation is that the user activity history on the site is only available for 7 days. Also, the website forms and chat come with a "Powered by" label.

Smart design and customization

Pros

Right from the start, this product has felt simple and well aligned with how we work. It gives us plenty of customization options which makes it possible to tailor the platform to our very specific needs. The design is smart, it keeps getting better and it consistently works the way it should.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into a feature limitation that seems like it should be a simple upgrade but it still is not available. One example is task creation on the desktop version, where the due time automatically defaults to 8,00 AM and users cannot choose their own default task time. It is something a lot of people have been asking for.

Sales and marketing standout

Pros

Getting started with this software is very easy and training someone to use it doesn't take much time at all. It works especially well for our company's sales and marketing teams.

Cons

When it comes to Customer Success though, there are stronger options available that offer more powerful features and better customization for a company's specific needs.

Useful tools and training

Pros

Leading a community of five thousand is part of my job and this software gives me plenty of useful functions to handle that. One of its biggest strengths is the amount of educational content available which really helps with learning how to use the platform.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit complicated for newcomers. Proper onboarding is definitely important even though the software does provide more than enough learning material to support new users.

Built to grow

Pros

It started out as a very simple, basic tool that most teams would outgrow pretty quickly. After all the improvements and enhancements they've made, it now feels like a solution you can continue growing with and keep using for the long term, maybe even indefinitely.

Cons

CRM's built-in chat is still pretty limited. There isn't a dedicated chat app, bringing other people into a conversation isn't very convenient and overall the chat functionality feels quite basic.

Team inbox features

Pros

Having the linked email and messaging service in one place has been really useful since it lets me keep track of incoming messages from different channels without jumping around. The tagging feature is helpful as well and I can definitely see how this software would be even more valuable for larger teams.

Cons

The downside is that upgrading isn't something I can afford right now because my business is still small and they don't really offer plans for smaller businesses that include the additional features.

CRM for lead nurturing

Pros

After searching for a CRM to nurture leads and handle mass emails, the free version turned out to do exactly what we needed. It worked well for managing follow-ups and sending bulk mail even though the number of emails allowed was fairly limited.

Cons

Bulk emailing was the biggest issue for us since lead generation and nurturing in our business depended heavily on it. The free plan's restrictions meant we had to upgrade to keep things running but the paid option was too costly so we ended up moving to another platform.

Powerful tools with easy setup

Pros

Starting a new role meant getting familiar with this software and even without a ton of hands-on time yet, it has been a positive experience. I've been watching some helpful videos along the way and the system already feels very easy to use. It also seems packed with a lot of useful tools within the platform.

Cons

At this point, there really isn't anything I dislike about the software. I'm still in the learning phase and figuring out everything it can do but so far I've been enjoying using it.
