“Costly with poor value”
Pros
There wasn't much here that really stood out in a positive way. On a functional level, it works fine but our team never felt any real sense of simpleness or enjoyment while using the software.
Cons
Like many others have pointed out, we felt it was unacceptable that the genuinely useful features were locked behind an absurdly expensive paywall. Moving to a better-value, more feature-complete alternative was also harder than it should have been since the platform doesn't make switching simple. I don't think that's an acceptable business practice.

“Campaign segmentation”
Pros
Being able to build segments and funnels for every part of online marketing makes it much easier to create campaigns that are tailored to a specific audience.
Cons
If you're not already familiar with how the system works, getting started can feel a bit challenging at first but the support team is very responsive and attentive to client needs.

“Packed with features”
Pros
It checked off so many of the features we needed at the time, being able to call people directly from their record, automatically add new contacts from email conversations and keep a full history of all email communication. The academy and certification are a really nice bonus too. Beyond client management, our team ended up learning a lot about marketing. It feels like much more than just a CRM portal, there's a lot more to it.
Cons
Getting it integrated with a few of our industry-specific tools was a bit tricky at first but we were able to sort it out in the end.

“Lead-to-sales workflow”
Pros
Training new employees on this has been far simpler than with Salesforce, Sugar and other CRMs I've worked with. I especially loved how naturally lead management flows into sales relationship management and then into follow-up task management.
Cons
It's frustrating that many vendors still don't integrate with it though I'm confident that over time it will catch up and hopefully become the new standard sales tool.

“Great for collaboration”
Pros
Getting started with this product is very easy and finding help when needed is just as simple. Pretty much anyone can pick it up quickly and it works really well for collaboration.
Cons
Prospecting tool feels underdeveloped. There's plenty of room to improve it and make the insights it provides a lot more valuable.

“Easy setup and features”
Pros
Easy to use tool and I genuinely enjoyed using it right away. The setup was simple and it was easy to navigate from the start. That said, once we moved off the free trial, we realized the pricing was based on the number of contacts. Since we had around 10,000 contacts, the cost became incredibly high. After comparing it with other CRMs, I found several that worked just as well and some even offered more features, for a much lower monthly price.
Cons
Biggest downside was definitely the pricing. It was just far too expensive for the features included. If the cost had been more in line with what the software actually offered or at least closer to the lower pricing of other CRMs with the same features, we probably would have stayed with it.

“Automation and tracking”
Pros
Setting up visual email and marketing autoresponders is one of its biggest advantages and it performs better than almost any other platform I've used. On top of that, the marketing tracking is excellent.
Cons
Price has definitely gone up. It still offers great value but it's not inexpensive and feels like it keeps getting more costly.

“Free version with limits”
Pros
Having access to a free version that still comes with a great set of features is definitely a strong point.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to tracking more complex relationships between entities, like linking a client to a contact or company, along with other important relationship types.

“Great support and academy”
Pros
Pretty much everything about it has been excellent but the biggest value for me comes from their online customer support and the IT Academy.
Cons
Every now and then, the social media scheduling runs into a few issues though it's never been anything too frustrating. A lot of the time, those problems are outside their control and come from the social networks themselves.

“Grows with your business”
Pros
Once your business is beyond the very small stage, this becomes something you really need. It gives you the flexibility to do pretty much anything you want.
Cons
At times, when a problem comes up, the IT team isn't especially helpful. On top of that, there are only a limited number of social media channels available for scheduling posts.

“Sales workflow boost”
Pros
Lead qualification and activity tracking have been incredibly helpful for our sales reps because they can spend their time on the leads that are actually worth pursuing. The email templates, quotes, snippets and automated tasks also make day-to-day work much more manageable and efficient.
Cons
There's still no real way to personalize price quotes properly and forwarding emails from the inbox isn't possible.

“Easy setup with better teamwork”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy and it's been much simpler for everyone on the team to use. A lot of tasks are now much easier to handle and manage because of it.
Cons
At this point, we're very happy with it overall. We used Salesforce for many years and HubSpot CRM still isn't quite mature enough yet to do absolutely everything we need.

Pros
Perfect tool and even the free version includes the features I actually need. It covers customer tracking, activity tracking, reminders, tasks and pretty much everything else you'd want in a CRM.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into anything to complain about. It's been a great CRM overall.

“perfect with integrations”
Pros
Managing a database with this tool feels easy and the integrations are a big plus since they let you connect with third-party sources which is really useful.
Cons
Downside is the cost and it gets especially expensive when you combine it with other parts of the platform, like the marketing tools.

“Workflow automation”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it's been working really well for us. It's definitely helping automate our workflow and while we're still getting familiar with everything, the results have been positive so far.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. We're still learning our way around the platform and figuring out how to adapt it to fit our needs best.

“Good indoors but weak in the field”
Pros
The free version comes with quite a few useful features for indoor sales and marketing work.
Cons
When it comes to outdoor sales and marketing, it's missing a lot of the features that are needed. The app also isn't user-friendly or powerful enough to stay competitive.

“Free access with mobile app”
Pros
Getting this software at no cost has been a huge plus. There are paid features available but for what I need right now, the free version is perfect for a small business that's just getting off the ground. I also really appreciate having access to AP while I'm on the road.
Cons

Pros
Everything is handled in one place with this software, customer contacts, the pipeline and emails. It feels complete and does exactly what I need.
Cons
I can't really point to any faults. If there's one thing, it's that the feature set is pretty extensive so it can take a bit of time to get familiar with everything.

“Smart tracking and autofill”
Pros
I was a little unsure about trying this software at first but once I got into it, it quickly became clear that the suite has some really smart functionality. Being able to enter a company's domain and have the details populate automatically was a big advantage. On top of that, the email open tracking turned out to be a really helpful extra especially for timing follow-up emails and acting when clients engage. That feature alone feels like a real gem.
Cons
Only downside is that some features are locked behind the paid version when you want to go further. Still, it's commercial software so it's understandable that they need to make money beyond what's offered for free.
