Collaborative lead tracking

Pros

Right away, the lead management system feels very user-friendly. It lets me keep track of email delivery, click-through rates and plenty of other useful details without any hassle. Contact management is also really well done and the teamwork features make it even better since team members can collaborate easily.

Cons

The only downside at the moment is that the calling feature still isn't available in Nigeria.

Contact tracking that works

Pros

Keeping up with contacts is much more organized with this tool. I use it for all of my investors and coaching leads and it helps me stay on top of everything. It's especially useful for tracking contacts and setting tasks so I can remember when to follow up.

Cons

Software can feel a bit complex at times. There were moments when I had trouble figuring out how to fix a configuration issue.

Clients love the live chat

Pros

Across all of our clients' websites, the live chat integration has been a big win for my team. Since moving them over to it, our clients have been happier than ever with how it works.

Cons

One limitation with the free version is that it doesn't include access to the marketing email section. We asked to have that feature enabled but our request was denied.

Easy to read but dull workflow

Pros

Once someone shows you where to find prospects, the system is clear and easy to read.

Cons

Functionality isn't very user-friendly. Clients appear in my working queue on the wrong days and having to go through every file before completing a task ends up wasting a lot of time.

Free and valuable

Pros

Simple to use tool and the fact that it's completely free makes the value stand out right away. It delivers a lot from the beginning without making things complicated.

Cons

There are quite a few features to learn at first although that actually feels like a benefit in the long run because it gives the software more depth.

Versatile tools

Pros

One thing that keeps me using it is how many useful features are packed in. The free version is a big advantage and the free email marketing option works really well even with the contact list limit. It also covers lead capture, lead management and includes a landing page builder with plenty of templates to choose from. On top of that, the workflow tools and the sales, lead and web management features make it a very complete platform.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. I've been using it for more than six years and during that time I've been very satisfied with all of the features.

simple with helpful features

Pros

Getting started with it was easy and importing or exporting data works really well. The help resources are excellent too. The interface is attractive and simple and I also appreciate that the free version includes plenty of advanced features, like the ability to add custom fields.

Cons

Free version does have a limit of 5 saved reports which can feel restrictive. Also, customizing and saving views or inquiries is not quite as easy as it could be.

Flexible access and layout

Pros

Everything about the functionality and layout feels easy and user-friendly and the platform offers full accessibility across multiple devices and users.

Cons

Quick setup and promising idea

Pros

Getting it downloaded, installed on a laptop and configured for the initial trial setup was pretty easy and didn't take much effort.

Cons

Downside is the upgrade pricing from the trial to a version that's actually practical for business use. It's a shame it's so expensive because the overall concept is really good.

Clean interface and dashboards

Pros

Having everything in one place really matters here, I can view the full contact history, send emails, create tasks and keep track of calls without jumping around. The interface looks clean and the dashboards work well. The default views and filters have also been improved recently which makes daily use even better.

Cons

Admin side still has room for improvement. It would help a lot if admins could simulate team member permission settings and the file manager should offer more granular permission controls.

Flexible segmentation lists

Pros

Creating lists is easy and it supports both static and dynamic list options.

Cons

It still lacks quite a few basic features that other platforms already offer. Also, active lists don't work very well inside workflows because contacts stay in the workflow even after they're no longer active on the list.

Customer-first tool

Pros

Compared with the three small-business CRM platforms out there, this one feels the most focused on customers and is by far the most user-friendly to work with.

Cons

Free plan only takes you so far before the monthly cost can jump pretty quickly and you also have to pay extra if you want any live support.

Flexible sidebars

Pros

Our team's favorite part is being able to choose exactly which fields show up in the Service > Tickets sidebars. That's been incredibly useful for us because we share a lot of links and need them to be visible and quick to access. The CRM itself also feels very logical and easy and as long as you don't overcomplicate it, it's pretty simple to work with.

Cons

One thing our team still has trouble with is that the due date for a project or in our case, an event date, doesn't appear on the card in the main service pipeline view. We're still trying to get that added but it's really frustrating having to open each ticket every time we need to check an event date.

Responsive support and customization

Pros

One thing that really stood out was how much the IT support team actually cared. When I raised a concern about a change they made to the ticket dashboard, they noted my feedback, had one of their product managers reach out to me and even reversed the change so it would work better for our customer service needs. On top of that, almost everything in the platform can be customized.

Cons

There are still a few features missing though. For example, not being able to embed a YouTube video directly into a marketing email feels a bit odd.

Flexible scheduling and alerts

Pros

To organize daily appointment slots for students to book meetings, I started using this software and it has worked very well. The platform offers more features than I'm using right now but the scheduling process is very easy and the notifications when appointments are booked are really helpful.

Cons

Changing an appointment after it has already been scheduled is not as simple as I would prefer. You can create appointment time slots but setting restrictions so no one can book a same-day appointment is also less easy than I'd like.

Marketing visibility

Pros

Having everything tied together in one platform gave us a much clearer view of our marketing activities across channels. It saves a lot of time when setting up campaigns, keeping everything aligned and handling reporting. I also really appreciate that it combines a strong CMS for blogging with CTAs, forms and lead capture tools directly on the website.

Cons

Getting started wasn't very easy and proper implementation required internal development skills on our side. On top of that, building CTAs doesn't feel very flexible.

convenient integrations and free plan

Pros

It works easily with most of the other software I use which has been a huge plus. Setup was incredibly simple, importing contacts was quick and at this stage of my business it handles everything I need. The fact that it's free makes it even better.

Cons

If I come across any downsides, I'll definitely update this but at this point I honestly haven't found anything worth mentioning.

perfect for contact tracking

Pros

As a CRM, it works exceptionally well as long as you're relying on another tool for actual deal management. If the goal is to keep track of names, contact details, notes, documents and email activity, it does the job perfectly. The import and export features are among the best I've seen and the automatic linking to external domain logos is a really nice touch that cuts down a lot on manual contact updates.

Cons

One thing it's missing, like nearly every other CRM, is the ability to drag and drop tasks to organize your day or week which makes deal management very difficult. That leaves handling deals feeling almost impossible especially since Salesforce is too expensive. Pipedrive does offer some of this functionality but only when moving across deal stages, not within a stage. If you're willing to spend a bit more, Pipedrive also comes with stronger Trello and other integrations, such as being able to look up a contact in Trello while managing deals.
