“Feature-packed tool”
Pros
Right from the start, this IT suite felt incredibly complete and covers basically every company need when it comes to CRM. It comes with a wide range of integrations and there are a LOT of useful features included that are honestly hard to find in competing products.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price especially for small and mid-sized companies. It really feels positioned more toward larger businesses, probably because the platform is so complete and packed with so many features.

“Lead generation toolkit”
Pros
Even the free version feels very complete and it lets you handle a lot of tasks related to sales tracking and lead generation that you would usually expect from paid commercial tools.
Cons
I don't want this to be taken the wrong way because it is good software but to me it's not especially practical for entrepreneurs who have to juggle many different responsibilities, not only sales. It can become quite complex and that makes it discouraging to keep using regularly.

“Helpful filters and charts”
Pros
Keeping daily work organized is where this tool really helps. It makes it much faster to manage everything when it is working at full capacity. Since it is cloud-based, there are times when performance slows down although some of that depends on things the software itself cannot control, like internet speed. I use the filters and queues every single day to find the leads I will be working on. The charts are also very useful because they make it simple to track team results and my own goals. Email templates and signatures save a lot of time and I also appreciate that the chat can sync with the one on our official page.
Cons
I would really like the lower corner to be improved because the option that says "Express the new table and board" makes it almost impossible to properly view that area or create a new filter. I also do not like that I cannot randomly select some leads to create a queue without having to name it. Another limitation is with tasks since I would like to view tasks for other days instead of only seeing "open task," "due today," or "due this week."

“Pipeline visibility”
Pros
Adding new contacts is easy and setting up company details takes almost no effort. Task creation and follow-ups are simple to manage and the email template builder with improvement suggestions and personalization features works really well. Building sequences and automating tasks saves a lot of time and it's easy to keep a clear view of the pipeline. Having multiple dashboards available also makes it simple to spot gaps and focus on improving processes.
Cons
One thing that could be better is enrolling contacts into sequences. It would help a lot to see a contact in the list and click a button to add that specific person directly to a sequence because right now you have to remember contact names which is inconvenient. Also, when I select multiple contacts on page 1 of the contact list and then move to page 2, the selections from page 1 don't stay saved.

“Platform with flexible add-ons”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here especially the strong growth platform that lets you add marketing, sales, service and content management in one place. It also connects well with several other software platforms which makes it even more useful as your setup expands.
Cons
Getting it to work exactly the way you want takes quite a bit of effort on the user's end. That flexibility is helpful but it also means spending more time building things out and the cost can climb quickly once you start adding extra features.

“Sales and marketing hub”
Pros
From sales to marketing, this platform covers just about everything and comes packed with so many integrations that the possibilities feel endless. The CRM can be customized completely, the email marketing tool offers a huge range of templates and you can even bring in your full website, run paid media and monitor every campaign along with your social media activity. The reporting side is on another level too. If I want to pull up every contact who opened five web pages and filled out a lead form within the last three months, it's done instantly. Between the segmentation, lists, snippets, automation and sequences for practically any process, there's a lot to love here. Clearly, I'm a huge fan.
Cons
Toughest part is really getting the whole team to understand just how deep and feature-rich the platform is. I do wish I had more buy-in across the team but honestly, that's not the software's fault.

“Smart lead scoring”
Pros
Using lead scoring along with templates, snippets and task reminders helps me stay in touch with prospects quickly and in a really efficient way. It makes it much simpler to roll out a well-planned sales strategy and guide people through the different stages of the sales process.
Cons
I'd still welcome a few more features that automatically send emails whenever a specific trigger is activated.

“Outreach and email tools”
Pros
Having prospect and lead profiles laid out so clearly makes a big difference because I can quickly see how people have responded to calls, emails and other outreach. Being able to jump straight to a prospect's LinkedIn profile is also really useful. The tasks and queue features are a huge help when I'm contacting multiple leads at once. On top of that, the marketing email creator has been fantastic especially for a company like ours that has to keep clients constantly informed during the crazy COVID-19 period.
Cons
The only thing I really wish it could do is generate leads for you although I know that's a lot to expect. It gives you pretty much everything needed but you still have to already have prospects, leads and customers to send your content to. Once those are in place, it basically handles the rest. Another challenge is getting my sales team fully on board since some of them still seem hesitant to use the software.

“Dashboards and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with it is quick and pretty much anyone across the organization can learn it fast, whether that's sales, marketing or key stakeholders. The reporting and dashboard features make KPI tracking very easy. It also connects with a wide range of sales, marketing and CRM tools.
Cons
My only real issue is that it doesn't seem especially well suited for entrepreneurs or solo business owners since the most basic package comes with fairly limited options.

“Highly customizable”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how customizable this platform is. We've been able to modify just about every feature so it matches our specific needs perfectly. That includes the basics like templates and shortcuts but also deeper pieces like workflows, forms and add-ons that help us connect physical and digital communication. It offers a very powerful set of capabilities.
Cons
Because the platform is so powerful and capable of doing a lot, getting the most out of it comes with a fairly steep learning curve. There's also a lot of setup involved and it takes a real time investment from a dedicated team member. We're already 6 months into using it and I'm still learning new ways to do my job better by taking advantage of more features in the platform.

“easy tool with support”
Pros
Coming from extensive Salesforce use in a previous role, this CRM feels far more user-friendly and simple. It's much better when it comes to customizing it around your company's specific needs and the customer service team has been stellar about following up quickly with clear, easy troubleshooting.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints about it.

“Sales dashboards”
Pros
The tracking data is great and it makes it simple to get a clear overview of deals while keeping client follow-ups organized in a structured way. I'd gladly recommend it to sales teams. The dashboards give a strong overview too and they can be customized to measure all kinds of KPIs.

“Custom dashboards and templates”
Pros
Being able to tailor the dashboard and organize my contacts the way I want is something I really enjoy. The standout feature for me is the ability to create email templates which has been especially useful.
Cons

Having everything for my customers in one place makes it much easier to stay organized and handle follow-ups whenever they're needed. It also makes scheduling tasks, emails and phone calls really convenient.

“Filtering and personalization”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is the ability to filter out contacts. Queue lists are also helpful and the personalization options for email templates and sequences make the platform even more effective.
Cons
There have been a few times when I ran into lag especially while loading contacts. I've also noticed that contacts sometimes get duplicated. When I open a queue list, I wish the title of that queue list appeared somewhere on the page. On top of that, it would be helpful to be able to mass-add contacts into a specific sequence template.

This has become my go-to place for just about everything. Contacts, deals, emails, tasks and more can all be kept here which is really nice because it brings everything together in one space.
Cons
