“Great support and usability”
Pros
Simple to use tool and I like that customer support has been exceptional whenever help was needed.
Cons
There are still some limitations with reporting especially when it comes to date range reports and funnel flow tracking.

“Quick setup and support”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was very easy and it's been simple to use. The after-sales support has also been really good whenever needed.
Cons
One thing missing is that VAT isn't added to quotes automatically.

“Sales tracking that works”
Pros
At my previous sales job, Salesforce was really effective at bringing tasks and communication with potential clients into one place. It also gave us useful data for tracking client interactions which was especially important when it came time to pitch and close deals.
Cons
Once you're working in a fairly large company, managing the different licenses and access rights can get frustrating especially when certain people can't view specific pieces of data.

“My favorite CRM”
Pros
After trying quite a few CRMs over the years, this one has become my top choice because it's so user-friendly. The tracking features help me stay on top of my sales leads and make it easier to follow through and close deals. The training videos and learning content are also really well done and genuinely useful.
Cons
At this point, there's honestly very little I can criticize. I've worked with other CRMs before and this is easily the option I prefer most.

“Sales funnel visibility”
Pros
Keeping different sales opportunities organized is a big deal and this does that really well. It's very helpful to see exactly where every opportunity sits in the sales funnel and know what action needs to happen next.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is for certain lead statuses to update automatically when calling a new opportunity. That may already be an internal setting that can be enabled but I'm not completely sure how that works.

“Helpful reminders and reports”
Pros
The reminders, deals, corporate email connections, imports and inserts, reports and the rest of the features have been really useful.
Cons
One thing that could be better is importing customer lists. I always have to adjust the format first and it would be much better if the system could import everything and organize it automatically.

“useful templates and training”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how well it helps me keep track of everyone we come in contact with. The templates save a lot of time and make the process much more manageable and the classes provide a lot of useful information.
Cons
If I could change one part of it, it would be the length of the lessons and exams. They can feel a bit overwhelming especially when there's so much to remember because the lessons are quite long.

“Accurate workflow”
Pros
Having quick access to everything makes the job feel far less stressful while also helping me be more thorough. I really appreciate how simple it is to use, how accurate it is and how easily I can share or transfer information to co-workers and other software.
Cons
A few of the templates don't pick up names and company details as well as the others do.

“Automation and templates”
Pros
The platform really stands out for its automation, account storage, pipeline management and templates. Those features make it very useful and efficient for keeping work organized.
Cons

“Customer visibility”
Pros
Having both our customer service and sales teams working from the same platform has been a big advantage. The 360-degree view of our customers gives everyone the context they need and that has played a major role in our success.
Cons
Getting it integrated with our existing systems has taken a while because of all the one-off requirements along the way. It also takes training and well-structured workflows before the team can really use it efficiently.

“Simple and practical”
Pros
Using it has been really easy and that's the part I appreciate most, it's simple, simple and doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with.
Cons
One thing I'm not as happy with is the limited number of integrations since our company needs more connection options than it currently offers.

Pros
Just about every function is available within two or three clicks which makes the whole workflow feel fast and convenient.

“Feature-packed tool with support”
Pros
Among the CRM tools I've used, this one ranks right at the top and continues to impress me. It comes packed with an incredible range of features and one of the biggest advantages is that most of them can be configured without needing much outside help. On top of that, they have a very active community and discussion forum which is genuinely useful. Their customer support and chat support are exceptional as well, I honestly haven't come across many companies that respond this quickly and effectively.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price. Their free version works well for many needs but it is definitely very basic, really just the essentials. The problem is that moving up to a paid plan is extremely expensive. Since they seem to focus on SMBs, the upgrade pricing feels surprisingly high. If they lowered their prices, this product could easily become unbeatable.

“All-in-one sales platform”
Pros
Everything feels incredibly convenient here and that's what makes it so impressive. Our sales team can keep notes, attach documents, follow up with leads when someone opens an attachment, make calls, send emails and update details all from one place. It also lets us build automations and workflows, chat with other sales reps without switching platforms and even schedule meetings. Before this, we were paying extra just to create meeting links for demos so having that included is a big plus. I'm genuinely very happy with what it offers and would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at the moment. If anything, having more onboarding calls could be helpful although the support team is already very strong. I only added this because the form wouldn't let me leave the cons section blank.

“All leads in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes this really convenient to use. I can clearly see all of my leads, companies and sales activity at a glance and it captures all the important information very quickly.
Cons
I wouldn't say it's missing any essential features. If they wanted to build on it further, adding predictive analytics and reminders would be a nice improvement.

“Helpful pipeline and support”
Pros
The database management features work well and the customer support team has been very helpful. It's also convenient to view the pipeline clearly and link deals directly to contacts.
Cons
Ticketing side still needs work because the customization options aren't sufficient and it can't really be used properly on a phone. I'd like to see it become fully mobile-friendly.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many great integration options it offers with the other platforms our team already uses. That connectivity has been genuinely useful in day-to-day work.
