dull workflow and menus

Pros

This software seems like it has a lot of potential but with the way we were using it, everything felt very dull. There were multiple places to handle things and the setup just didn't feel very logical. For instance, a task lived in a totally different area from a service even though we were using those almost the same way.

Cons

Even a very small task took too many steps to complete and there were far too many menus and screens to keep track of.

Quick forecasting and charts

Pros

Compared with Salesforce, this CRM feels much simpler to use. Forecasting is easy and putting together quick charts for analysis only takes a few minutes so just about anyone can handle it without much effort.

Cons

One thing that really bothers me is the number of bugs. About once or twice a month, the CRM will completely stop working for around an hour. It's also frustrating that there's no built-in way to connect deals unless they share the same associate brand ID or you set up an artificial property to link them which ends up being time-consuming.

Social scheduling hub

Pros

Having everything in one place makes a big difference especially being able to link social media profiles and schedule posts ahead of time across several platforms. We can sit down once and map out a full week or even a month of content in one go. It's also really useful that the platform includes landing page creation for lead capture.

Cons

Landing page builder could be more simple especially compared with tools like Wix or Squarespace but in the end it still gets the job done.

Marketing integration

Pros

Getting contacts into the system is easy and it connects really well with the marketing tools already built in. Creating segments is also very convenient with the list tools so managing audiences doesn't take much effort. It makes a lot of sense to use this if you're already working within the platform.

Cons

There are too many category dimensions and quite a few of them either aren't useful or just don't make much sense. Some feel duplicated and others only add confusion so cleaning those up would improve the experience. It also lacks data quality check features which is a noticeable gap.

Great for contacts and events

Pros

It's become something I genuinely love using because it takes a lot of the hassle out of managing contacts in my day-to-day work. It's especially helpful for keeping up with events and staying on top of relationship management.

Cons

At times, the many permission levels can feel a little intimidating and the approval workflows are more tough than I'd like.

KPI tracking

Pros

Our team uses this software to keep an eye on sales and it offers plenty to work with. There's a wide range of things you can track and it gives you access to lots of KPIs to review which makes it really useful for monitoring performance.

Cons

Getting comfortable with it can be a little confusing at first and it does take some time to learn how everything works. At times, it also feels like the interface could be a bit more user-friendly.

perfect support and value

Pros

Honestly, the list of positives is a long one. I'm still surprised by how much functionality is included in the free version. We manage thousands of contacts and have five people using it with access and it handles that really well. The biggest advantage though, is the customer service. It's fantastic, always available and always knowledgeable which is pretty rare these days.

Cons

If there's one thing I would change, it would be adding the ability to keep contact history. For instance, if a contact worked at Company A and later moved to Company B, I'd really want that previous history to stay recorded.

great prospect tracking

Pros

Just by adding a simple tracking code to our website, the company prospect feature started capturing all the views right away and that was a huge plus for me. Another thing I really appreciated was being able to upload unlimited contacts for free which is absolutely spot on.

Cons

The orange color scheme looks pretty bad and feels outdated. It really needs a more modern design and a refreshed brand with new colors.

Recruiting alerts

Pros

Getting started with this has been pretty easy and even new recruiters have been able to pick it up and use it effectively. On the sales side, the notifications are especially useful, I really appreciate being able to see when someone opens or clicks.

Cons

One thing I'd want is access to more seats although I know the pricing can get expensive. Also, there are a few default settings that can't be removed and from a recruiting perspective, those can become distracting when they aren't actually needed.

CRM that won us over

Pros

We began with the free CRM plan and it turned out to be the first one that was actually practical for us. Before that, everything lived in the backend and had to be exported manually. The free version was enough to get management on board and they ended up liking it enough that we eventually moved to a paid plan.

Cons

It does scale well but the pricing seems to increase faster than the added features do. There are other platforms that could cover everything we expect to need down the road for less money but their entry point was at higher-tier plans so we've stuck with this one for now.

great automation and teamwork

Pros

I find it easy to use, appreciate its fast performance, value how it keeps the entire company connected and rely on its extensive automation capabilities.

Cons

The email functionality is where it falls short. Their original setup required storing the HTML files in one place while editing the emails somewhere else through modules which felt pretty inefficient. They do have a drag-and-drop option in beta now but it's still missing quite a bit.

Versatile outreach

Pros

Managing different contacts and connecting with them in multiple ways has been really useful. Setting up and running our email drip campaign was easy and didn't take much effort.

Cons

It did take a bit of time to get comfortable with the software at first. There's definitely a slight learning curve when you're just starting out.

All-in-one sales platform

Pros

Hands down, this is one of the best marketing tools out there. It gives you pretty much everything needed for sales and marketing in one system. It helps organize your data, work with teammates and put together emails without jumping between platforms. You can also keep track of recent conversations and activities which makes follow-ups much easier. There are plenty of options for creating tasks and the reminder feature is really helpful. Everything is pulled into one shared view under the same roof and it connects well with other tools too. One of its most compelling features is the ability to log and maintain a record of sales calls, emails, scheduled tasks and even assign tasks to others. With such great, reliable features, it is definitely a strong contender. On top of that, it includes a library of email template designs and you can also build your own if needed.

Cons

Even though it is a really strong sales and marketing product, it does not support switching between multiple accounts which is a drawback. Some parts of the functionality also feel limited. That said, it still helps bring together records, archives and third-party integrations in one place.

Tracking and customization

Pros

Every time I spend more time with this software, I end up discovering something else it can do. With the right Outlook integration installed, I can send an email from Outlook, have it automatically saved to that person's contact record, see whether they opened it and even set a reminder for myself to follow up afterward. That's pretty amazing. It also offers a lot of customization so you can tailor it to fit the way you want to work. On top of that, I can quickly see what my team is doing and where their activity is happening.

Cons

Because there are so many customizable parts, getting everything configured exactly the way you want can be pretty complicated. Some features also don't work in a very simple way so they can be confusing to figure out. There are also areas where the different components don't connect with each other as well as I'd expect. Another issue is that it's pretty easy to end up with duplicate contacts under the same company since the system doesn't do much to check whether that person is already in there.

Digital growth boost

Pros

It's one of the best ways to move a company forward on its digital journey. Beyond the wide range of features the software offers, the supportive and welcoming community around the inbound world makes it even more valuable.

Cons

I'd still love to see a chatbot analytics tool added, along with a way to track historical changes to properties.

Lead tracking done right

Pros

It really excels at capturing lead details. I also love how simple it is to view lead activity and engagement, from the number of site visits to email opens and more.

Cons

Costs can add up over time. In particular, once you start adding more contacts, you should expect the pricing to increase.

Pros

Working on construction sites most days, I need software that doesn't slow me down and this one is very easy to use.

Cons

I still need a better way to organize my segments, like separating commercial and residential because I haven't found a simple way to do that yet.

Powerful and easy to use

Pros

Getting started with this software is very easy and it comes packed with really useful features.

Cons

One area that is extremely frustrating is the marketing billing setup. You are not charged based on the emails you send but on the number of contacts you have and on top of that you are capped on how many emails you can send to those contacts each month. That whole billing structure has a lot of drawbacks. To make it worse, the timing of the subscription renewal does not line up with the reset of your email-sending capacity which turns the process into a real mess. Customer support is generally friendly and helpful most of the time but when it comes to this particular problem, they have not given a proper solution. They are not really able to resolve it and even getting in touch with them can be very difficult.

Pros

Plenty of features are available to work with and it doesn't take long to get comfortable using the software. A lot of the tools also feel simple which helps a lot.
