Pros

I love the intuitive user interface and the automation features in creating new contacts and accounts. For instance, for accounts, inputting the company website populates most required information, saving considerable data entry time.

Cons

A few more out-of the box reports would be nice

The Teams feature in HubSpot is a favorite, allowing users to add others to their business CRM.

Cons

The thing I liked least about the CRM was that I had to use Zapier to link to other platforms that we use. But overall it worked.

While I mainly use HubSpot for contact management, its ease of use in finding contacts and correcting errors on customer profiles is remarkable.

Cons

I'm sure this is due to users on our end but there are multiple companies that should, in fact, be the same one. It's easy to fix but would be nice if we had a way to prevent it.

It is userfriendly an allinone marketing tool with an intuitive and pleasant layout.

Cons
