“Frustrating split-panel layout”
Pros
A lot of the available features and reporting options appealed to me especially how quickly we could generate the reports we needed.
Cons
What didn't work well was having information divided across separate panels. I was constantly switching between different views just to piece together a complete picture of what was happening with a client.

“Great value and time-saver”
Pros
Getting started with this software was pretty easy and it's been worth the money for what it offers. It cuts down on manual work and helps make the overall process more efficient.
Cons
At times, the software has been slow to respond while I'm using it and it took some time before I really felt comfortable navigating everything. I've also had trouble reaching a customer support rep who could help right away instead of saying they would follow up later.

“Free CRM toolkit”
Pros
From the start, this has felt like a complete CRM solution for just about any type of business. It's very simple to use and with the huge number of integrations available, you can build plenty of "set it and forget it" systems that end up saving both time and money. On top of that, it's free.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to anything I dislike about it. It really does feel like a full CRM solution, it connects with almost anything, helps save a lot of time and money and the fact that it's free makes it even better.

“Sales tools and tracking”
Pros
Getting started with this software was very easy and managing everything day to day has been just as simple. The sales extension adds a lot of powerful tools that are genuinely useful and it also does a nice job of automatically logging calls and emails without much effort.
Cons
Duplicate contact handling is decent overall but it still has room to improve. Another limitation is the contact cap since you have to move to a higher subscription if you want to store more contacts.

“All-in-one contact hub”
Pros
Really user friendly overall. Everything sits on a single screen so you can log a call, schedule a meeting, email a contact and create a task all from one place.
Cons
Setup took a bit of work at first especially when trying to sync Outlook email and install the add-in. We did get it sorted out though.

“Customer database that works”
Pros
Managing all of my customers through the customer database on the IT platform has been really easy and that part worked well for me.
Cons
The IT platform still feels like it could be more simple overall and I'd also like to see them expand its capabilities further.

“Packed with features”
Pros
There always seems to be more functionality available than you actually need. It's really simple to use and the training guides do a great job of helping you understand the parts you're less familiar with.
Cons
It can be fairly buggy especially in the marketing hub. Building emails can also be frustrating because getting the spacing right is often a hassle but aside from that, the range of templates and similar options is excellent.

“Powerful platform but weak mobile app”
Pros
There are so many features here to appreciate. Even the free version is incredibly capable and the overall power of the platform really stands out. Keeping track of customers, managing problems and staying on top of follow-ups is all handled easily and everything works so naturally that you barely notice how much effort must have gone into building it. Without a doubt, the best part for me is the ticketing system.
Cons
The only major frustration has been mobility. I really can't use it properly when I'm away from the office unless I somehow bring my desktop with me because the mobile app is currently that limited. They do have a long-standing feature request board with plenty of people asking when the app will finally be updated with more of the platform's best features but there hasn't been any response from them in almost a year. The biggest thing missing from the app is the mobile ticketing system.

“Helpful app and integrations”
Pros
Having the mobile app along with the Dialpad integration has been a big help. Creating custom properties is easy which makes it simple for my company to capture the exact information that matters most to us. From what I've seen, there seems to be an endless range of integrations available and they're genuinely very useful.
Cons
What bothers me is the number of email notifications tied to a single action. In some cases, just one action ends up triggering three separate emails to my inbox.

“User-friendly and simple”
Pros
Getting started with this tool was very easy. It's genuinely user-friendly and you don't need much training to figure out how the features work.
Cons
One thing I liked least is that this third-party scheduling tool doesn't let you upload carousel ads to social media platforms.

“All-in-one client pipeline”
Pros
From first contact all the way to becoming a client, it walks customers through the entire pipeline really well. It also brings together a lot of client information that used to be scattered across different places into one powerful service.
Cons
Our support team has run into a few odd quirks in the ticketing system especially since help requests sometimes have to be assigned twice before agents receive updates on client requests.

“great outreach platform”
Pros
After trying all kinds of options for partnership outreach, including custom-built tools and NinjaOutreach, this has honestly been the best fit for us. We reach out to a large number of websites and it handles that kind of work really well. The free CRM already takes you quite a long way too, with unlimited users, up to 2,000 monthly mass emails with merge fields and unlimited one-to-one emails. We still haven't upgraded to a paid package but once we start hitting those limits, we probably will.
Cons
There's definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning since you need to understand how the workflow is set up. It takes some practice to get comfortable with it but once it clicks, it works really well.

“Email tracking tools”
Pros
From a sales standpoint, the email logging and tracking features have been really helpful. The email templates are a strong addition too.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how often it logs me out. If I'm not watching closely, it ends up signed out about half the time which means around half of my emails don't get tracked.

Pros
There are plenty of possibilities here and I really believe that when it's used the right way, it can do a lot to help support and grow a business.

“Contact tracking with limits”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been really helpful for our company. We can store all of our contacts and keep a record of every conversation or interaction we've had with them. That makes it much easier to stay organized, remember who we know and keep track of what we've discussed with each contact over time.
Cons
Things became more disappointing once we started using some of the deeper functionality in the program. We needed to create custom properties for contacts so we could label what kind of organization they were, such as doctor's offices, schools, churches or human services. The goal was to use those categories for more targeted marketing. For example, if we needed to send information only to doctors and medical offices, we expected to filter the list using that custom property and communicate just with that group. Unfortunately, we later discovered that custom properties can't actually be searched. Overall, we're running into problems trying to separate contact types and use that information effectively for focused marketing.

“Control and flexibility”
Pros
Having this level of control and flexibility across our website, contact database and marketing automation platform has been excellent. The platform keeps evolving and continues to cover all of our core requirements.
Cons
Salesforce sync works really well overall but it does have a few limitations. Being able to sync with custom objects in Salesforce would be extremely useful.

“Funnels for every team”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how it offers individualized funnels and lifecycles, whether it's being used by the Sales team or the Marketing team. It feels like there are features built for every group. I also get a lot of value from the calling feature especially because I can record calls and reuse them later for training.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing jump from the Starter plan to the Pro plan which goes from $50 to $500 and can become expensive pretty quickly. It's something you really have to think through carefully to decide when upgrading actually makes sense for your business.

“Affordable full CRM”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the deployment. Unlike a lot of CRM systems, this one is built so you can roll it out without taking on a $100K implementation cost. Bringing over existing data is easy and setting up users and roles is very simple. It's also a very complete CRM, with all the standard features you'd expect from a typical platform.
Cons
When a more customized setup is required, getting support from the development side can be a little frustrating.

“Contact management that works”
Pros
Managing contacts in our database is really easy and that's been a big plus for us. I use product tagging, lifecycle stages and list creation every single day and those features make it much easier to stay organized.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is with lifecycle stages especially when it comes to cross-selling across different products.

“Helpful videos and uploads”
Pros
Getting started with this platform went really well for us and we even ended up paying for a few additional features because we liked it that much. The setup was fairly manageable overall. Entering all the data took some time but being able to upload a CSV made a big difference. We also don't have much experience with programming or system configuration so the availability of so many useful tutorial videos really helped us figure things out.
Cons
In the end, we chose to move away from it because of the cost. We attempted to downgrade our package but that meant losing too many features and at that point it just no longer worked for our needs.
