“Helpful academy and setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy even if you're new to it. The IT Academy is also really helpful when it comes to understanding every part of the platform.
Cons
One downside is that the reports available in the Starter version are limited and the email templates also don't give you enough freedom to customize the emails the way you want.

“Clean interface and sequences”
Pros
The interface is clean and easy so getting around the system doesn't take much effort. It's simple to use overall and the sequences feature is especially useful.
Cons
There's still quite a bit of manual work involved. It would help a lot if the Gmail integration could automatically pull in more fields, like connecting details from someone's email directly into the CRM such as their name, title and similar information, maybe with some AI support. The system can also be a little slow at times. Another limitation is that you can't assign two deal owners within the deal stages which would be helpful when a case is being handled together with a colleague. You also can't set next steps in deals. On top of that, it's hard to get a full picture when companies are organized in different structures because the overall information isn't visible in a clear way. A tree-style structure or mapped overview would make that much easier to understand.

“Reporting insights”
Pros
Pulling reports is very easy and it makes it simple to see what's working and what isn't in the way we communicate with both clients and prospective clients.
Cons
There's honestly very little to complain about and it fits in well with both our sales and support workflows.

“Quick to learn”
Pros
Everything is very point-and-click so even someone with almost no experience can figure out how to use the software properly in a short time.
Cons
Customization options are pretty limited and the reporting feature still feels like it could be much better.

“Clear visibility and tracking”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels easy to use. It gives us clear visibility across the business and the learning resources that appear at key points have been genuinely helpful. The tracking and logging features are also a big plus and help keep everything organized.
Cons
The downside is that when there's a known or system-wide issue, it can really disrupt the entire business day. Another frustration is that emails from people who aren't already saved as contacts won't log properly even if you add them before replying.

“Lead tracking at scale”
Pros
Handling 20K+ potential customer leads is much more manageable with this software. It helps me stay organized, rate each lead and sort through everything efficiently.
Cons
I'd still love more flexibility with the contact properties. For example, when viewing contacts through filters, it would be helpful to edit the properties that are currently static instead of having to reset or change them every day I log in.

“Customizable and complete”
Pros
It covers a lot and offers a high level of customization which is exactly what matters most to me.
Cons
Linking documents to emails can be pretty frustrating. To pull up the most recently used documents, I have to switch from "ALL" to "FREQUENT," then back to "ALL" and "FREQUENT" again just to make them appear.

“Flexible fields and pipeline”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how flexible it is when adding fields to prospect profiles. It does a really nice job of keeping my tasks and pipeline organized which helps me stay on top of weekly calls and meetings. It's also very user-friendly and didn't take long to learn.
Cons
A frustrating issue comes up when an email bounces. After that, the system seems almost unable to recognize that address again. Even when the bounce happens by mistake, I still haven't been able to log emails connected to that address afterward.

“Fast customer journey tracking”
Pros
What really stands out is how quickly you can connect with a customer and the team can clearly review the customer journey, persona and any relevant information that has already been shared.
Cons
The only downside is when the platform goes down for maintenance although that doesn't happen very often.

Pros
Getting around the platform is fairly easy and it helps keep track of where prospects are in the process. The sequencing functionality is also a helpful part of the workflow.
Cons
At times the system freezes and can feel too slow. Some of the reporting features also need more automation to be truly efficient.

“Reliable support”
Pros
This software is at the center of how we run our business so if it goes down, everything feels it. That said, their support team really stands out in those moments. The minute we reach out, it's obvious they're doing everything they can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Cons

“Customer management tools”
Pros
There's an impressive range of things you can do for customer management. Even with only limited experience using CRMs, I can still see how much this helps us stay organized and manage our early-stage customers more effectively.
Cons
A few features are restricted to admins so regular users don't have as much flexibility. That said, I can understand why those limits are in place.
