Website and pipeline tools

Pros

Free version offers a lot of value. The tools connect well with a website and it's really helpful to see data on what people are viewing. The deals pipeline is useful, the forms integrate with a website and the way it links Contacts, Companies and Deals works exceptionally well.

Cons

The downside shows up once you move to the paid plan since it gets expensive fast especially when you're not using every feature included. The products section also feels pretty limited and its Google integration, including Drive, doesn't work very well. On top of that, the Gmail add-on isn't very good and the free forms are missing basic display options like centering them on a website so they appear off-center and still include the badge.

CRM with useful tools

Pros

Keeping track of client relationships and daily work tasks is much more manageable with this platform. It offers a great range of functions that you can use completely free which makes it a really strong choice if you're searching for a CRM.

Cons

A few features are not very simple and I wish lead management were simpler to handle. The paid plans also feel too expensive for small businesses although the free version is still available if you can work within its limitations.

Feature-packed tool

Pros

Right from the start, this CRM has been simple to work with and offers a huge number of features in the free single-user version. I've ended up recommending it to a lot of my clients as one of the top CRM options to consider.

Cons

One thing that still trips me up from time to time is the user experience. Moving from one screen to another can feel confusing and the navigation gets frustrating now and then.

Perfect for small teams

Pros

It's been exactly the right fit for our team. Since our sales group is pretty small, the platform matches our needs really well and doesn't feel too heavy for what we do.

Cons

I honestly don't have any major complaints about it. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the number of plans and the different features included in each one can be a little confusing.

Travel workflow hub

Pros

Running my travel business day to day, this software has been fantastic. I can import or enter leads, follow them through their trips and keep track of repeat bookings without losing anything. Inside each client portfolio, I'm able to view every call we've had, all emails sent and received and any notes I've added along the way. The sequences and templates are especially useful because they let me keep a library of standard emails that go out to clients as reminders for specific tasks they need to complete. I also set up tasks within each portfolio and the system keeps me on top of due dates as I work through my daily task list. Setting up the meeting link was quick and it completely cut out the usual back-and-forth of finding a time. Clients just open the link, choose the date and time that fits their schedule and it syncs with my iPhone calendar so I get alerts for upcoming meetings. When I'm traveling, I can jump into the app to send emails, call or text clients and handle tasks either created by me or assigned by my team.

Cons

One limitation is that sequences can't be set up around actual dates and only work by day intervals like 1, 2 or 10 days. Another drawback is that once a client replies to an email, there's no option to keep the sequence going or resume it afterward.

Overpriced with inaccurate leads

Pros

It gives me companies to cold call which saves me from spending hours digging around and researching businesses on my own.

Cons

The cost is ridiculously high. On top of that, whoever is researching these companies seems to be wrong most of the time. The contacts listed are usually inaccurate so you end up asking for people who do not even work there and it makes you look bad. A lot of the companies either handle their own shipping, use their own trucks or do not ship at all. You also only get access to a limited list.

great for team visibility

Pros

Getting started with it was pretty easy and the setup feels simple without much friction. It also offers a fair amount of customization. We're still on the free version at the moment but we've been thinking about upgrading to unlock more features. It does a really great job of tracking relationships and deals across different teams.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is the lack of built-in reporting. I understand they want to monetize certain parts of the product but keeping all reporting behind paid add-ons comes across as a bit sneaky. Another annoyance is that when you filter the view to find a specific set of data and then hit back, the filters don't stay in place so you have to apply them all over again which gets tiring.

Flexible goals and support

Pros

Using it has been very easy, the support team has been genuinely helpful and I really appreciate how flexible it is when we need to adjust our goals.

Cons

Transition from our previous CRM felt a little overwhelming at first. The video tutorials were useful but the one-on-one sessions with the onboarding team ended up teaching me the most.

Platform with great support

Pros

There's honestly a lot to appreciate here. The platform is clean, incredibly powerful and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Whether I'm creating email campaigns or handling list management, the overall experience is outstanding and makes my work much easier. The reporting, efficiency and range of functionality are impressive. Where it really stands above the rest though, is customer service and support, the team is exceptional and always there to help whenever I run into an issue.

Cons

The sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming and I still have plenty left to learn. It definitely takes a significant time investment to fully understand the platform but that effort continues to pay off as a marketing professional.

Contact creation and automation

Pros

Creating new company contacts feels very simple which is probably the part I appreciate most. The Tasks and Sequences features also do a really nice job of helping automate follow-ups and prospect communication more effectively.

Cons

Biggest thing missing for me is a text messaging feature. Phone calls work exactly as they should but there's still no option for texting.

Communication tracking

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the tracking. It's very useful being able to see who received the communication and whether they opened it or clicked through.

Cons

A downside is that anyone can change or delete tasks. The system also tends to "jump" while I'm entering information into fields.

Clean interface and tasks

Pros

Right away, the interface feels clean and very simple. It doesn't take much time to learn and I really enjoy the task features.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is more functionality on the sales side, like built-in texting that can be recorded and tracked.

Outlook visibility

Pros

Having everything I need in one place is a huge plus. The Outlook add-in is especially valuable because it lets me track and log emails and meetings directly which saves a lot of time and makes staying on top of correspondence much easier.

Cons

Because the platform can do so much, it can feel overwhelming at times and it takes longer to find everything and finish tasks. I'd really like more control over customizing the quick properties shown under contacts, deals and companies so the most relevant information is always visible right away. Some of the default fields aren't useful to me and not being able to remove them is frustrating.

Fast pipeline with aligned teams

Pros

Running both sales management and AE pipeline work in this has saved me a huge amount of time and effort compared with Salesforce. The terminology is clearer so I can move through tasks much faster which really matters in the SaaS SMB space where my team and I need to stay efficient. The features I rely on most are scoring, task queues, sequences and the tracking tools. Another big plus is how closely connected marketing and sales are inside the same platform making collaboration and information sharing feel almost effortless.

Cons

The biggest downside is the price though it does feel like one of those cases where you get what you pay for. There are also a handful of smaller community-requested updates that I wish were implemented more quickly although I assume there are reasons behind why some of those changes take longer or do not happen right away.

Better for marketing than sales

Pros

Email tracking works reliably and it helps our marketing and sales teams collaborate really well within the platform.

Cons

At the same time, it's missing quite a few essential features for a sales team. The way contacts and companies are organized clearly feels built more for marketing than for sales. Since I'm used to Salesforce, I'd choose that over this any day because the overall setup of information, accounts, contacts, lead funnels, pipelines and basically everything else fits much better from a sales rep or sales executive perspective.

Automation and integrations

Pros

It gives us the ability to automate a large portion of our workflows and communications. Being able to fully connect it with our existing processes and external software platforms has made our customer experience dramatically better.

Cons

This is a very large platform with a lot of different components so the initial learning curve can be fairly steep. That said, the support team and online help resources have helped us find answers for nearly every situation.

HubSpot delivers value

Pros

After spending months comparing the only two CRMs I'd seriously consider, Salesforce and this one, it's pretty obvious to me that HubSpot comes out ahead. I've worked with both and HubSpot is better when it comes to the learning curve, the time it takes to get set up and how simple it is to customize. On top of that, it doesn't cost a fortune.

Cons

Only thing I'd really like to see is a bigger selection of integrations in the app store but that's probably something that will improve over time.

Tracking and productivity

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how much it can track to show what's working and what isn't. The Sequences feature makes follow-ups far less time-consuming and cuts down on the manpower needed. I also recently started using Queues and they've been a huge help. They keep me focused on the right tasks and my productivity has gone up dramatically.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve because the platform has so many tools built into it. I mention that mostly because it does a lot and I seem to discover something new every month. Once you spend enough time getting familiar with everything it offers, the value becomes very clear.
