“Easy to use”
Pros
Getting around the software feels very simple and using it is simple from the start.
Cons
What I'd really like is for incoming calls to come through the software as well. To be fair, that feature might already exist, I just haven't taken the time to look into it or ask about it.

“Tools and integrations”
Pros
There's a huge range of tools available and they really help make outreach more targeted and effective. The integrations with other platforms especially Google, also make day-to-day operations much simpler for our company.
Cons
Only downside to having so many useful features is that some of them can be hard to locate or fully understand. That said, I've never had any formal IT training and I think that kind of guidance would probably make it much clearer what tools are available and how to use them properly.

“Lead management setup”
Pros
Using this tool has been really easy and it helps me handle more than 7,000 leads without trouble. I've set up all my tasks in it and I regularly make use of every feature it provides.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is the lack of an Italian version. I personally understand and speak English quite well but in Italy many people don't have that level of familiarity with the language.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
After working with quite a few CRM platforms over the years, HS has been the simplest one I've come across. It's quick to learn, easy to use and once you spend some time digging into the system, you realize it can handle far more than it seems capable of at first glance.
Cons
For my specific use at Curate, the biggest downside is that HS doesn't offer direct integrations with some of the other tools we rely on, such as Chilipiper and Monday.

“Lead tracking database”
Pros
Working for a multi-residential developer, I've found this to be an incredibly useful tool for tracking leads and staying on top of follow-ups. At first, it honestly seemed like a waste of time but once I started seeing the advantages, I was completely sold. It's a powerful database that can be customized to fit the way you work. You can search for important leads, see how someone found you, track how long their buying process took to help forecast future sales, set up templates and move through tasks quickly.
Cons
The app isn't my favorite part of the platform. It feels less user-friendly than the website and I really wish text messages were tracked the same way phone calls are.

“Workflows for contact tracking”
Pros
Keeping thousands of contacts organized is much more manageable with this platform. The workflows are really useful and the wide range of products gives it a lot of flexibility. For CRM and contact management, it does the job very well. I rely most on the tasks and deals features and they help me stay on top of everything.
Cons
One thing I'd really want added is a stronger project management component. Right now, deals are filling that role for me even though that's clearly not what they were designed for. A feature that lets tasks be connected in a chain would fit my workflow much better.

“Sales and marketing toolkit”
Pros
Across both sales and marketing, this lets me handle just about everything I need, from automation to reporting and it has definitely helped improve efficiency and overall organizational impact.
Cons
Even though it can usually accomplish whatever I have in mind one way or another, a few features still feel only partially developed or come with certain limitations.

“Sales flow management”
Pros
Keeping track of deals, calls, tasks and sequences is very helpful and the whole process is simple to manage. It also makes inbound leads very visible so spotting and following up with them is quick and convenient.
Cons
Reporting tools for outbound sales still need improvement and could be more powerful.

“Contact and task hub”
Pros
It is easy to organize contacts and it does a good job of segmenting customers and suppliers. It also helps a lot with task management thanks to the notifications and reminders and sharing information with teammates is simple. On top of that, creating personal emails is quick and convenient.
Cons
The pricing can feel a bit high although the starter package already includes a strong set of features.

“Filters need improvement”
Pros
It does a decent job for the needs of a small business and covers the basics well enough.
Cons
A few parts of the software just don't make much sense, like "Parents numbers" not being set up as a numeric field. There are also areas that could be adjusted to make day-to-day use more practical. On top of that, the filters are too difficult to set up when you need to apply several at once and saving them doesn't really help since they still need to be tweaked again every week.

Pros
Our team was up and running with it in just two hours. After a month of using it, we all felt completely confident and proficient.

“Task prioritization”
Pros
Right from the start, it's been simple to use and really helpful for organizing and prioritizing tasks based on what matters most and what can wait. The alerts are also useful because they make it clear which prospects are more active than others.
Cons
One thing that's harder to manage is tracking personal performance over time especially when trying to look back at previous days or weeks to see when a prospect was contacted and how the sale ended up going.

“CRM with full funnel”
Pros
Out of all the CRMs I've worked with, this one has been the best. It gives me a complete funnel in one place and I can also keep track of my team's activity without needing extra tools.
Cons
The interface can be confusing when I'm creating a deal, product, quote, sequence or workflow because it's not always clear where I'm supposed to click. The reporting is very comprehensive too but it takes a while to understand and get under control at the beginning.
