“Powerful yet simple”
Pros
Using it has been refreshingly easy and that's easily the best part. It's simple to navigate and just about everything a company would need already seems to be built into the system.
Cons
A few areas could still use more flexibility, like having the option to remove all emails when necessary.

“Needs better data visibility”
Pros
I'm still learning something new with it every day and I'm excited to keep digging in and get even more out of the program.
Cons
A few adjustments would really help by putting more data front and center where I can see it faster.

“Easy navigation and records”
Pros
Getting around the system is very easy and it stores all the information we need to handle our work effectively.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is if changing the company status would automatically update the status for each individual contact as well.

“Duplicate lead alerts”
Pros
One thing that's really useful is how quickly it catches duplicate leads while you're entering them. If the person is already in the system, it gives you an alert right away which helps avoid entering the same lead twice.
Cons
A downside is that notes added to deals don't appear under the contact's notes which can be frustrating when you expect everything to carry over in one place.

“Clean interface and value”
Pros
After using both the premium and basic plans, it's clear the basic option already covers everything we really need. It offers excellent value, plenty of useful options and the interface is very clean and user-friendly.
Cons
Only premium feature that would actually matter for our setup is the ability to have multiple pipelines. Even then, for an operation this small, the large jump in cost just to get that one feature doesn't feel worth upgrading.

“Customer tracking tools”
Pros
It has been especially useful that we are able to build lists that classify and filter potential customers in the database. It also lets us create templates and workflows for sending automatic emails at specific times which saves a lot of manual work. Another big advantage is the email synchronization with each prospect so every interaction made by any employee is recorded on that client's card. That visibility is extremely helpful when someone is on vacation since the rest of the team can still see the full customer history. On top of that, users can schedule tasks with deadlines which helps keep follow-ups organized.
Cons
The issue I've run into is that reporting on data that was never collected in the system is difficult, mainly because that part is not very clear or well organized.

“Free contacts and value”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this product is that it's free unless you decide to pay for extra features. I also really appreciate that there's no limit on the number of contacts you can have.
Cons
There are quite a few paid features that I don't want or need. Since we don't use them, they can end up confusing my recruiters.

“simple interface and conversions”
Pros
This platform has been a big help for increasing traffic, bringing in more leads and generating plenty of sales opportunities. It also lets us build an activities kanban directly inside the system which is really useful in day-to-day work. For the Customer Success team, it makes it much easier to identify relevant customer details and keep track of data and calls without leaving the tool. It also supports better team organization and helps with decision-making. On top of that, the interface feels very simple and the available tools are valuable for improving conversions and analyzing results.
Cons
One frustrating part is that it tends to duplicate contact and company records quite a lot so there's a constant need to review and reorganize information. The mobile experience is also not very good which makes it less practical when using a phone. At times some information seems to become misconfigured for no clear reason which can be confusing. Another downside is that setting up filters and exporting information into spreadsheets is not very easy.

“Perfect for digital sales”
Pros
It's a complete tool that covers the essentials for the sales side of digital marketing. We use it every day at the agency and it also works really well in our classes with students.
Cons
There are quite a few features that need a bit of training or tutorials to get used to but it's not really a problem, it just takes some time.

“Email tracking visibility”
Pros
At the small tech startup where I work, we really appreciate being able to send emails to one person or a big group and then see exactly who opened them, clicked links and more. It gives us a lot more visibility than just sending messages through a regular email account.
Cons
Using it hasn't always been completely simple. One example is how I created contact "Types" and can search by those types but I still haven't been able to figure out how to email everyone within a specific "Type." I'm sure there's a way to do it but it's not obvious which is why the system can feel a bit tricky at times.

“Simple scalable tool”
Pros
Our CRM rollout needed something centered on simplicity and usability instead of trying to win on endless features or customization and this platform has delivered on that. It's been very approachable for the team which was the biggest priority for us. Even though it has some limitations compared to other systems, the feature set keeps expanding and we haven't had to depend on third-party integrators or developers to make it work. It also scales up fast when you need to grow.
Cons
One thing to be aware of is the platform's strong internal culture and jargon. To really get comfortable with it, you have to learn the way the community thinks, including terminology and methods that may be different from what you're used to. It also feels more naturally geared toward B2B service businesses although it can still be adapted for almost any kind of organization. Another consideration is pricing, while the CRM may begin as "free," costs can climb pretty quickly once you start using the additional hubs.

“great for collaboration”
Pros
This is an excellent all-in-one CRM and sales automation platform especially for teams that work closely across sales and marketing on a regular basis.

“CRM notes that help”
Pros
Having the CRM and mobile app work so well together has been a huge plus. When I'm out at a networking event and meet someone who seems familiar, I can quickly pull them up on the app, review all the notes we've saved and even catch little details to remember that help keep the conversation natural and flowing.
Cons
As with any CRM, the value really depends on how much information people put into it. The tougher part has been getting some members of our team to fully buy in and use the system to its full potential.

“All-in-one platform”
Pros
Getting this up and running is much simpler than a lot of competing CRM and marketing automation tools especially since many of them need two separate platforms to handle what this one does in a single system. Having everything combined also keeps all the data in one place, gives you just one tool to manage and means only one login to deal with.
Cons
One area that could use improvement is the landing page editor for non-developers. It doesn't offer the drag-and-drop functionality that many competing tools provide for less technical users although that tradeoff does give developers more flexibility because they have full access to the page HTML. Since we have a full development team, it hasn't been a problem for us but I can definitely see the benefit of offering both options depending on a company's internal resources.

“Responsive support and training”
Pros
Whenever I've run into a problem, their customer support has been excellent, responses come quickly whether I use the chatbot or call by phone. I've also taken a few courses through their IT Academy and they've given me really helpful ideas for marketing and for getting the most out of the platform.
Cons
At times some of the images in our emails get compressed so they don't appear as crisp as they should.

“Fast insights and lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, this software feels incredibly fast and simple. The reporting section is the highlight for me. I can quickly see my overall performance by source and then drill down into the full details for specific leads without any hassle. It's also really useful being able to view each lead's complete history and follow them as they move through the sales cycle.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is the landing page builder. Compared with other landing page platforms, the designs and features don't feel as simple or capable. My biggest frustration though, is that it doesn't fire inline events to Google Analytics.

“All lead activity together”
Pros
Having every lead interaction, calls, chats and meetings, kept on a single page makes follow-up much more organized. Anyone on the team can step in and continue from where the previous person left off which is really helpful across the whole organization. The core features are also fairly simple to use and that matters a lot since our entire sales team works in this software.
Cons
From a manager's perspective, it still needs an overview feature that shows real-time updates across all leads. It would also be helpful to have some kind of built-in quality assurance function.

“Client tracking and Gmail sync”
Pros
From day one, this has been a fantastic tool for my business. Nearly everything about it works really well, the usability is excellent and the overall value it brings is impressive. Keeping track of clients and staying on top of follow-ups is much more manageable and the Gmail integration adds a lot of convenience.
Cons

“Client tracking hub”
Pros
Keeping up with client details is much more manageable with this tool and it really helps when you're trying to build and maintain potential relationships over time. The layout is easy so most new users can pick it up without much trouble and the whole system feels very simple to work with. It's also really useful for monitoring the team's activity and overall performance. My favorite feature was the email account integration which added a lot of convenience.
Cons
Only downside was the pricing which ended up being a little higher than the company was hoping to spend so we had to look at other alternatives as well.

“CRM with automation”
Pros
Compared with most CRMs, the interface here feels incredibly simple. They've also made major progress over the last few years when it comes to functionality. Having the CRM so tightly connected to the marketing automation platform makes sales enablement really convenient. Built-in sales automation tools like meeting links and email integrations are especially handy.
Cons
There's still room to improve when it comes to the level of reporting detail enterprise customers usually expect and that's really the only reason I wouldn't rate the functionality a perfect score. Some basic SDR-style reporting needs still require a bit of workaround and from an admin standpoint, certain nuances like comparing date fields can be difficult. At times, it seems like the focus on user-friendliness came at the expense of deeper complexity although keeping things simpler is not always a bad tradeoff.
