“Templates and sequences”
Pros
Prebuilt sequences were really useful and handling email responses felt very easy. I just had to choose the template I wanted and make a few final edits before sending.
Cons
It caught me off guard that I couldn't use it on my iPhone. Having to log in from a computer being the only option feels too limiting.

“Data tools and automation”
Pros
Being able to dig into the data however I need and get automations up and running quickly has been a big plus. It genuinely feels like this software was built by people who understand the kind of work I do. The academy is also really valuable for building broader skills beyond just using the platform.
Cons
Mobile app only includes a limited portion of what's available in the browser version and the software also doesn't perform particularly well in mobile browsers.

“Tools for growing teams”
Pros
This platform isn't built only for marketers, it works really well for business owners and executives too. There's a wide variety of resources available, it's simple to use and the features keep getting updated and improved over time.
Cons
The onboarding fee is the biggest downside. I'm totally fine paying the monthly subscription but that upfront onboarding cost feels too expensive for most small businesses.

“Steady progress”
Pros
Even in the short time I've been using this tool, I've noticed a lot of improvements. It's clearly evolving and with a few more additions, it could become much more user-friendly and offer a better overall experience.
Cons
A number of limitations still get in the way, it can't classify emails the way it does calls, call outcomes aren't customizable and upcoming tasks can't be filtered by sequence very well. Sequences also can't be configured to skip emails or tasks on holidays and tasks within sequences can't have different created and due dates. I also can't attach documents to an edited email in a sequence and once the 150-sequence enrollment limit is reached, editing a sequence becomes an issue. On top of that, tasks can't be sorted by "Associated with," calls can't be played back from the mobile app and the reporting dashboard isn't available there either. It's also difficult to filter bounced contacts and there's no way to view someone's LinkedIn profile directly from the platform.

“Calling tools but unreliable”
Pros
Getting around the system is easy and having calling built right into the CRM is really useful. The Gmail integration and email tracking are also features I appreciate and use regularly.
Cons
The downside is the frequent outages and workflows can sometimes take quite a while to trigger. I also often get notifications saying certain functions aren't working or that some activities won't be tracked for a period of time which gets a bit frustrating.

“great tool”
Pros
Whenever I need help, the support team is outstanding. I can reach them by phone, email or live chat and get quick assistance no matter the situation. Everyone is friendly and they always do their best to resolve things fast while also explaining the issue clearly so I can avoid running into the same problem again.
Cons
A few basic features are still missing which means there is more manual work than there should be.

“Templates and mobile access”
Pros
The templates, snippets, meeting links and filtering tools are really useful. They help me move through my accounts quickly and keep my work both fast and accurate. It's also nice having a mobile app available for the times I'm away from my computer.
Cons
One thing that frustrates me is when I'm drafting an email and have to pull information from a client's deal, the email draft I was working on doesn't get saved. It has happened to me several times. I'm also not a fan of the meeting setup because there's no way to add the address for where the meeting will happen. A location field would be a huge improvement.

“Templates and features”

“Flexible sequences and customization”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use and the customization options are a big plus. I also really appreciate being able to build sequences that automatically send emails and create daily tasks.
Cons
The dialing feature has been disappointing so we ended up using a different tool for that. Another frustration is that the sequence steps are not organized into a true cadence which means I have to go into my task list and manually open each contact one by one to complete the tasks. Other CRMs I've used handle this much better.

“Startup CRM for teams”
Pros
For a startup, this has been the perfect CRM. We needed something that would let us quickly gather a lot of information on every lead. In the beginning, everyone on the team was using their own separate tools and sometimes two of us would speak to the same client without knowing what the other person had already said. Now everything is in one place, including emails, notes and all the key details for each lead which makes follow-up calls much more organized and effective.
Cons
The free version is quite great but as your company starts growing, you may want to add more features and tools. At that point, it can get expensive especially if you need to purchase a license for every user on the team.

“Time-saving sequences”
Pros
This has made my work much more manageable overall. It saves me a ton of time thanks to features like sequences and templates since I can set up emails in advance and choose exactly which day and time they should be sent to as many contacts as needed. It also keeps everything organized. Instead of relying on multiple Google Docs for contact details and drafted emails, I can manage all my contacts in one place with a layout that's simple to navigate and the template feature lets me store as many email drafts as I want.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across anything that makes me wish it had another feature or worked differently. Overall, it's been simple to use and has genuinely made my job easier.

“My daily sales tool”
Pros
I was pretty skeptical in the beginning. I honestly thought I didn't need it and would rather keep doing things the old-fashioned way. Turns out I was completely wrong. This has made my day-to-day work far more manageable and I no longer have to stress about forgetting to make a call or send an email. Every day, it reminds me exactly what needs to be done. I'm also able to build my own templates and automate them without much trouble. On top of that, I can clearly track how many emails, calls, deals and other activities I've completed each month. About nine months ago, my manager told me, "Sharon, if you use it, it will become your best friend." Well Fatima, you were absolutely right. Keep doing what you're doing!
Cons
Honestly, I don't have many complaints but the call recording could use some improvement. At times it's difficult to hear clients clearly and I do lose connection fairly often.

“Gmail integration and sequences”
Pros
Having Gmail integration alongside email tracking, the meeting tool and the sequences feature makes this software really valuable to use.
Cons
One limitation is that sequences can't be sent to multiple contacts at the same time and the emails sent to people who book meetings through the meeting tool still don't offer full customization.

“Workflows and outreach”
Pros
Everything about the service has been excellent. With workflows, I'm able to reach prospects at exactly the right time even when I'm not online. The sequences are especially useful for staying on top of follow-ups. I can also view a prospect's LinkedIn profile, company details and other helpful information which makes it much easier to send highly targeted emails. On top of that, being able to schedule posts for LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook is a big plus. Thank you for it!
Cons
I'm currently using two it accounts and both are linked through Zapier. The only issue is that some new contacts from one account don't always get added to the other account.
